Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Financial Accountant role based in Riyadh. We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Financial Accountant to strengthen our Finance Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, supporting month-end and year-end closing activities, managing cost allocations, and preparing financial schedules required for internal management and external auditors.

The ideal candidate must possess strong technical accounting knowledge, hands-on bookkeeping experience, and a thorough understanding of financial statement preparation and audit requirements.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Finance and Financial Reporting, with the ability to interpret and communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
• Advanced experience in preparing, analyzing, and reviewing Financial Statements in line with relevant accounting standards.
• Experience with project-based accounting and cost center management within ERP systems
• Ability to independently review accounting entries, maintain the General Ledger, perform reconciliations, and generate financial reports from Focus ERP
• Demonstrated Analytical Skills, including variance analysis, cost control, and project-based financial analysis.
• Solid understanding of internal controls, audit requirements, and compliance with local financial regulations and tax laws.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other financial analysis tools, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and support multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to work on-site in Riyadh and manage priorities in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent) is preferred.
