Role Description The Electrical Technician role at METS is a full-time, on-site position based in Riyadh. The Electrical Technician will perform routine and preventive electrical maintenance, install and service electrical equipment, and assist in testing and commissioning activities on power and telecommunication projects. Daily tasks include inspecting systems, identifying faults, troubleshooting electrical issues, and supporting the safe operation of equipment according to company standards and relevant regulations. The role involves collaborating with engineers, site supervisors, and other technicians, maintaining accurate records of work performed, and adhering to all health, safety, and quality protocols on-site.

• Strong practical skills in Electrical Maintenance and handling Electrical Equipment.
• Sound understanding of Electricity and basic electrical principles.
• Ability to perform effective Troubleshooting on electrical systems and components.
• Foundational knowledge of Electrical Engineering concepts relevant to field work.
• Relevant technical diploma or certification in electrical technology or a related field.
• Experience working on utility, power, or telecommunication projects is an advantage.
• Ability to interpret electrical drawings and technical documentation.
• Commitment to safe work practices, with familiarity in site safety procedures and PPE use.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural team.
• Willingness to work on-site in Riyadh and adapt to changing project requirements and schedules.
