تسعى شركة The Arab Lens عبر عميلها إلى تعيين مدير برامج (Program Director) متمرس لقيادة مجموعة من المشاريع الاستراتيجية التي تدعم أهداف النمو والتحول طويل المدى للمؤسسة، وذلك في الرياض، السعودية.

نبذة عن الوظيفة

سيتولى مدير البرامج الإشراف على مشاريع مترابطة متعددة، مع ضمان التوافق مع الأولويات الاستراتيجية، وإدارة الحوكمة، والميزانيات، والموارد، وتوقعات أصحاب المصلحة. وسيقدم تقاريره إلى الإدارة التنفيذية، ويوفر إشرافًا استراتيجيًا يمكّن من تسليم البرامج بنجاح عبر المؤسسة.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تطوير والإشراف على إطار إدارة البرامج في المؤسسة.
  • قيادة مشاريع استراتيجية متعددة ضمن هيكل برنامجي متكامل.
  • وضع معايير الحوكمة، وإعداد التقارير، وأداء العمل.
  • مراقبة ميزانيات البرامج، والجداول الزمنية، والنتائج التجارية.
  • ضمان التوافق بين المشاريع والاستراتيجية المؤسسية.
  • إدارة التواصل مع أصحاب المصلحة التنفيذيين طوال دورة حياة البرنامج.
  • حل المخاطر الاستراتيجية والتبعيات بين المشاريع.
  • قيادة تخطيط البرامج، وتحديد الأولويات، وتخصيص الموارد.
  • وضع مقاييس أداء البرامج وأطر إعداد التقارير.
  • دعم مبادرات التحول المؤسسي.
  • تطوير فرق قيادة المشاريع عالية الأداء.
  • تقديم أداء البرامج والتوصيات إلى الإدارة التنفيذية.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة، أو إدارة الأعمال، أو تخصص ذي صلة.
  • يفضل حصول المرشح على ماجستير إدارة الأعمال (MBA) أو مؤهل دراسات عليا.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 15 سنة في إدارة المشاريع والبرامج.
  • خبرة مثبتة في إدارة برامج التحول المعقدة.
  • يفضل بشدة الحصول على شهادة PMP أو PgMP أو ما يعادلها من الشهادات المهنية.
  • قدرات قوية في التخطيط الاستراتيجي والحوكمة.
  • مهارات ممتازة في التواصل التنفيذي والقيادة.
  • يفضل خبرة العمل في أسواق دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي.
  • إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية مطلوبة.

Our client is seeking an experienced Program Director to lead a portfolio of strategic projects that support the organization’s long-term growth and transformation objectives. The company is committed to delivering complex business initiatives through effective governance, disciplined execution, and strong leadership.

The Role

The Program Director will oversee multiple interrelated projects, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities while managing governance, budgets, resources, and stakeholder expectations. Reporting to executive leadership, the successful candidate will provide strategic oversight that enables successful program delivery across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee the organization’s program management framework.
  • Lead multiple strategic projects within an integrated program structure.
  • Establish governance, reporting, and performance management standards.
  • Monitor program budgets, timelines, and business outcomes.
  • Ensure alignment between projects and corporate strategy.
  • Manage executive stakeholder engagement throughout the program lifecycle.
  • Resolve strategic risks and inter-project dependencies.
  • Lead program planning, prioritization, and resource allocation.
  • Establish program performance metrics and reporting frameworks.
  • Support organizational transformation initiatives.
  • Develop high-performing project leadership teams.
  • Present program performance and recommendations to executive management.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • MBA or postgraduate qualification is preferred.
  • 15+ years of project and program management experience.
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex transformation programs.
  • PMP, PgMP, or equivalent professional certification is highly desirable.
  • Strong strategic planning and governance capabilities.
  • Excellent executive communication and leadership skills.
  • Experience working within GCC markets is preferred.
  • Fluency in English is required.
