Head of Development - Saudi Arabia

Our client, a well-established private real estate developer in Saudi Arabia, is looking to appoint an experienced Head of Development to lead the delivery of a growing portfolio of premium developments across the Kingdom.

This is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving projects from initial feasibility and business case through planning, design, procurement, delivery and handover. The portfolio includes luxury residential communities, hospitality developments and destinations across multiple regions of Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end development of multiple high-value real estate projects.

• Manage internal development teams and external consultants throughout the project lifecycle.

• Oversee feasibility studies, financial viability, master planning and development strategy.

• Drive design quality, programme, commercial performance and stakeholder management.

• Work closely with executive leadership to shape the company's future development pipeline.

• Build strong relationships with consultants, operators, contractors and government stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading large-scale real estate developments for a developer or master developer.

• Strong background delivering luxury residential and/or hospitality projects.

• Experience managing developments from concept through to completion.

• Excellent commercial, financial and stakeholder management skills.

• Previous experience working in the Middle East is advantageous, although exceptional international candidates will also be considered.

• Degree qualified in Real Estate, Engineering, Architecture, Project Management or a related discipline.
