Job Description:

Accountabilities:

• Daily cash reconciliation and POS reconciliation from each reception.
• Depositing on cash collection to the bank on daily basis.
• Maintain proper books of accounts / records related to banking transactions.
• Establishing the daily cash position of each till location.
• Comply with cash management and banking related financial policies and regulations - Finance.
• Tracking all POS devices.
• Reviewing all EOD closed accounts daily.
• Preparing the POS report.

Scale and Scope of the Role

• Covering cashiering and banking of cash receipts across the Central region of My Clinic locations.

Education / Professional Qualifications:

• Education Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• SOCPA registered and studying for a relevant accounting qualification
• Strong in MS Excel and other office productivity tools
