المهام والمسؤوليات
- الترحيب بالضيوف ومساعدتهم عند الوصول، وتقديم التوجيه، وضمان تجربة تسجيل وصول ومغادرة سلسة.
- التعامل مع استفسارات الضيوف من خلال تقديم معلومات دقيقة عن خدمات الفندق ومرافقه والمعالم المحلية.
- حل مشكلات الضيوف بسرعة ومهنية، مع تصعيد الأمور عند الحاجة للحفاظ على مستوى عالٍ من الرضا.
- مراقبة رضا الضيوف من خلال التفاعل معهم طيلة إقامتهم وتحديد فرص تحسين التجربة.
- التنسيق مع الأقسام المختلفة لضمان تلبية طلبات الضيوف بكفاءة ودقة.
- دعم طلبات كبار الشخصيات والطلبات الخاصة من خلال تجهيز وسائل الراحة، وترتيب الخدمات الشخصية، وضمان الاهتمام بالتفاصيل.
- حفظ السجلات والتواصل من خلال توثيق تفضيلات الضيوف والحوادث والمتابعات بشكل مناسب.

- Welcome and assist guests by greeting arrivals warmly, offering guidance, and ensuring a smooth check‑in and check‑out experience
- Handle guest inquiries by providing accurate information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally, escalating issues when needed to maintain high satisfaction
- Monitor guest satisfaction by engaging with guests throughout their stay and identifying opportunities to enhance their experience
- Coordinate with departments to ensure guest requests are fulfilled efficiently and accurately
- Support VIP and special requests by preparing amenities, arranging personalized services, and ensuring attention to detail
- Maintain records and communication through proper documentation of guest preferences, incidents, and follow‑ups
