تسعى شركة Müller's Solutions إلى توظيف أخصائي ضمان جودة التعلم الإلكتروني (E-Learning Quality Assurance Specialist) للانضمام إلى فريقها الديناميكي في الرياض. في هذا الدور المحوري، ستكون مسؤولاً عن ضمان جودة وفعالية منتجات التعلم الإلكتروني، والمساهمة في خلق تجارب تعليمية جذابة ومؤثرة من خلال التعاون الوثيق مع مصممي التعليم والمطورين وخبراء الموضوع.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • مراجعة وحدات التعلم الإلكتروني بدقة للتأكد من دقتها ومواءمتها مع أهداف التعلم المحددة.
  • إجراء اختبارات قابلية الاستخدام وتقديم ملاحظات حول تجربة المتعلم لضمان سلاسة التجربة وبديهيتها.
  • تحديد وتوثيق وتتبع العيوب أو التناقضات في محتوى التعلم الإلكتروني.
  • العمل جنباً إلى جنب مع مصممي التعليم لتحسين المحتوى بناءً على الاختبارات والملاحظات.
  • إجراء فحوصات التوافق عبر مختلف الأجهزة والمتصفحات وأنظمة إدارة التعلم (LMS).
  • وضع معايير وبروتوكولات ضمان الجودة والحفاظ عليها لتطوير التعلم الإلكتروني.
  • تقديم التدريب والدعم لأعضاء الفريق فيما يتعلق بعمليات ضمان الجودة.
  • البقاء على اطلاع بأحدث الاتجاهات في مجال التعلم الإلكتروني ومنهجيات ضمان الجودة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في التعليم أو تصميم التعليم أو علوم الحاسب أو مجال ذي صلة.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في ضمان الجودة أو الاختبار في قطاع التعلم الإلكتروني أو التعليم الرقمي.
  • إتقان استخدام أدوات تأليف التعلم الإلكتروني مثل Articulate Storyline أو Adobe Captivate.
  • خبرة مع أنظمة إدارة التعلم (LMS) والإلمام بمعايير SCORM/AICC.
  • معرفة قوية بمبادئ تصميم التعليم واستراتيجيات تعلم الكبار.
  • مهارات تحليلية استثنائية واهتمام بالتفاصيل.
  • مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والتعاون للعمل بفعالية ضمن فريق.
  • القدرة على إدارة مشاريع متعددة وتحديد أولويات المهام في بيئة سريعة الوتيرة.
  • خبرة في اختبار تجربة المستخدم (UX) تعتبر ميزة إضافية.

Müller's Solutions is on the lookout for a detail-oriented E-Learning Quality Assurance Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the quality and effectiveness of our e-learning products, helping to create engaging and impactful learning experiences. Collaborating closely with our instructional designers, developers, and subject matter experts, you will evaluate the usability, functionality, and overall quality of our e-learning content.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Thoroughly review e-learning modules for accuracy and alignment with established learning objectives
  • Conduct usability testing and provide feedback on the learner experience, ensuring it is intuitive and seamless
  • Identify, document, and track defects or inconsistencies in e-learning content
  • Work alongside instructional designers to improve content based on testing and feedback
  • Perform compatibility checks across various devices, browsers, and learning management systems (LMS)
  • Establish and maintain quality assurance standards and protocols for e-learning development
  • Offer training and support to team members regarding quality assurance processes
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in e-learning and quality assurance methodologies

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Computer Science, or a related area
  • At least 3 years of experience in quality assurance or testing within the e-learning or digital education sector
  • Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate
  • Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and familiarity with SCORM/AICC standards
  • Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning strategies
  • Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Outstanding communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting
  • Experience with user experience (UX) testing is an added advantage
