تعلن شركة Müller's Solutions عن توفر وظيفة Senior Solutions Architect - Arabic Speaker (عقد 5 أشهر) في الرياض.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تصميم وهندسة تطبيقات وأنظمة مؤسسية قابلة للتوسع وآمنة وعالية الأداء.
  • قيادة عملية تصميم الحلول من البداية إلى النهاية، بدءًا من جمع المتطلبات وتحليلها وصولاً إلى النشر والدعم المستمر.
  • التعاون مع أصحاب المصلحة من الأعمال ومديري المشاريع والفرق الفنية لترجمة متطلبات العمل إلى حلول تقنية.
  • تحديد معايير الهندسة المعمارية وأفضل الممارسات وإرشادات التصميم.
  • تقديم القيادة الفنية والإرشاد لفرق التطوير طوال دورة حياة تطوير البرمجيات.
  • تصميم والإشراف على عمليات التكامل بين الأنظمة الداخلية والخارجية باستخدام APIs ومنصات المراسلة وتقنيات الوسيطة.
  • ضمان التزام الحلول بمعايير الأمان والأداء وقابلية التوسع والصيانة.
  • تقييم التقنيات الناشئة والتوصية بحلول مبتكرة تدعم أهداف العمل.
  • المشاركة في المراجعات المعمارية ومراجعات الكود وأنشطة الحوكمة التقنية.
  • دعم استكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاح المشكلات التقنية المعقدة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في علوم الحاسب أو هندسة البرمجيات أو مجال ذي صلة.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في تصميم وتطوير وتنفيذ أنظمة تقنية معلومات معقدة.
  • خلفية قوية في هندسة البرمجيات وتصميم الأنظمة.
  • فهم شامل لدورة حياة تطوير البرمجيات الكاملة (SDLC) بما في ذلك التصور والتصميم والتطوير والنشر والدعم.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • المهارات التقنية: إتقان تطوير البرمجيات باستخدام تقنيات الويب وReact ومنصات CRM و.NET Core.
  • خبرة عملية في تقنيات التكامل مثل Message Queues (MQ) وBrokers وAPI Gateways وأدوات BPM.
  • خبرة قوية في تصميم قواعد البيانات ونمذجة البيانات.
  • فهم قوي وتطبيق عملي لأنماط تصميم البرمجيات.
  • خبرة معمارية قوية في بيئات السحابة العامة والخاصة.
  • المهارات الشخصية: مهارات ممتازة في التواصل اللفظي والكتابي باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية.
  • مهارات تحليلية وحل مشكلات قوية.
  • اهتمام عالٍ بالتفاصيل ومهارات تنظيمية.
  • القدرة على العمل بفعالية في بيئة تعاونية.

Ob Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Solutions Architect to lead the design and implementation of complex enterprise solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining solution architectures, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and guiding development teams throughout the entire software development lifecycle. This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to design scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions across both cloud and on-premises environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and architect scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications and systems.
  • Lead the end-to-end solution design process, from requirements gathering and analysis to deployment and ongoing support.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Define architecture standards, best practices, and design guidelines.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Design and oversee integrations between internal and external systems using APIs, messaging platforms, and middleware technologies.
  • Ensure solutions adhere to security, performance, scalability, and maintainability standards.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions to support business objectives.
  • Participate in architectural reviews, code reviews, and technical governance activities.
  • Support troubleshooting and resolution of complex technical issues.

Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Experience

  • Minimum 10 years of proven experience in designing, developing, and implementing complex IT systems.
  • Strong background in software architecture and system design.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), including inception, design, development, deployment, and support.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in software development using web technologies, React, CRM platforms, and .NET Core.
  • Hands-on experience with integration technologies such as Message Queues (MQ), Brokers, API Gateways, and Business Process Management (BPM) tools.
  • Strong experience in database design and data modeling.
  • Solid understanding and practical application of software design patterns.
  • Strong architectural experience in both public and private cloud environments.

Soft Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
