نبذة عن الوظيفة

سيتولى شاغل الوظيفة الإشراف على الجوانب التقنية لتنفيذ حلول Temenos، وضمان تسليم المشاريع بنجاح بالتعاون مع مديري المشاريع ومحللي الأعمال والمطورين. كما سيقوم بتصميم وتطوير ودمج حلول Temenos التي تلبي متطلبات العملاء، وسيكون قيادته أساسية في توجيه الفريق الفني وضمان الالتزام بأفضل الممارسات.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • قيادة التصميم التقني وتنفيذ حلول Temenos بما يتوافق مع أهداف العمل.
  • التعاون مع أصحاب المصلحة لجمع المتطلبات وترجمتها إلى مواصفات تقنية.
  • الإشراف على تطوير ودمج وحدات Temenos لتقديم تجربة مصرفية سلسة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • خبرة مثبتة كقائد تقني أو في دور مماثل مع التركيز على منتجات Temenos.
  • فهم قوي لوظائف Temenos ومفاهيم قواعد البيانات وتطوير التطبيقات.
  • إتقان لغات البرمجة والتقنيات ذات الصلة بحلول Temenos.
  • مهارات قيادية وتواصل ممتازة مع القدرة على العمل بشكل تعاوني عبر الفرق.
  • قدرات تحليلية وحل مشكلات قوية مع التركيز على تقديم حلول عالية الجودة.
  • خبرة في منهجيات وأدوات إدارة المشاريع.

Müller's Solutions is seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Temenos Technical Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of Temenos implementations and ensuring the successful delivery of projects. You will work closely with project managers, business analysts, and developers to design, develop, and integrate Temenos solutions that meet client requirements. Your leadership will be essential in guiding the technical team and ensuring adherence to best practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the technical design and implementation of Temenos solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
  • Oversee the development and integration of Temenos modules to deliver a seamless banking experience

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Technical Lead or in a similar role, with a focus on Temenos products
  • Strong understanding of Temenos functionalities, database concepts, and application development
  • Proficiency in programming languages and technologies relevant to Temenos solutions
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering quality solutions
  • Experience with project management methodologies and tools

Preferred qualifications:

  • Certifications related to Temenos technologies
