تسعى شركة Müller's Solutions إلى توظيف أخصائي ذكاء اصطناعي (AI Specialist) متمكن وشغوف للانضمام إلى فريقها في الرياض. سيتولى المرشح مسؤولية البحث عن حلول الذكاء الاصطناعي وتطويرها وتنفيذها لمواجهة تحديات الأعمال المحددة، بالتعاون مع الإدارات وأصحاب المصلحة.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • العمل بشكل وثيق مع العملاء لفهم تحديات أعمالهم واكتشاف فرص تعزيز العمليات بحلول الذكاء الاصطناعي
  • تحويل متطلبات العملاء إلى بيانات مشكلة فنية واستراتيجيات مشاريع قابلة للتنفيذ
  • توضيح الرؤى المعقدة للذكاء الاصطناعي والبيانات بطريقة مفهومة لأصحاب المصلحة غير التقنيين
  • تحويل النتائج التحليلية إلى رؤى أعمال قيمة وتوصيات استراتيجية
  • إنشاء تصورات وتقارير وعروض تقديمية جذابة لدعم عملية اتخاذ القرار لدى العملاء
  • مواكبة أحدث تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي (مثل GenAI ونماذج اللغة الكبيرة ورؤية الكمبيوتر) وتقييم ملاءمتها لاحتياجات الأعمال
  • المشاركة في ورش العمل والدورات التدريبية والعروض التوضيحية للعملاء لعرض قدرات الذكاء الاصطناعي
  • تصميم حالات استخدام للذكاء الاصطناعي تتوافق مع احتياجات أعمال العملاء
  • التعاون مع العملاء لحل التحديات التجارية المعقدة وإنشاء حلول مدفوعة بالذكاء الاصطناعي تحقق عائداً ملموساً على الاستثمار

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في علوم البيانات أو علوم الحاسب أو الذكاء الاصطناعي أو الرياضيات أو الإحصاء أو تخصص ذي صلة
  • إجادة تحليل البيانات والتعرف على الأنماط
  • خبرة في النمذجة التنبؤية والتحليلات المدفوعة بالذكاء الاصطناعي
  • مهارات تفكير نقدي قوية مع منهجية قائمة على الفرضيات
  • مهارات اتصال فعالة والقدرة على بناء العلاقات

Müller's Solutions is looking for a passionate and knowledgeable AI Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for researching, developing, and implementing AI solutions that address specific business challenges. You will work closely with other departments and stakeholders to identify areas where AI can enhance operations and improve decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with clients to comprehend their business challenges and discover opportunities for AI-enhanced solutions
  • Convert client requirements into technical problem statements and implementable project strategies
  • Clearly articulate intricate AI and data insights in a manner that is understandable to non-technical stakeholders
  • Transform analytical results into valuable business insights and strategic recommendations
  • Create engaging visualizations, reports, and presentations to aid client decision-making
  • Keep abreast of new AI technologies (such as GenAI, large language models, and computer vision) and evaluate their relevance to business needs
  • Engage in workshops, training sessions, and client demonstrations to showcase AI capabilities
  • Capable of designing AI use cases that align with the business needs of clients
  • Collaborate with clients to tackle complex business challenges and create AI-driven solutions that yield measurable returns on investment

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, Statistics, or related disciplines
  • Proficient in analyzing data and recognizing patterns
  • Experience in predictive modeling and analytics driven by artificial intelligence
  • Strong critical thinking skills with a hypothesis-based methodology
  • Effective communication skills and ability to foster relationships
