المهام والمسؤوليات

  • إدارة وصيانة بيئات خادم Helix Core، بما في ذلك إدارة المستخدمين والمستودعات والصلاحيات.
  • تنفيذ وتحسين سير العمل للفروع والدمج وإدارة الإصدارات داخل Helix.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في علوم الحاسب أو تقنية المعلومات أو مجال ذي صلة.
  • خبرة من 3 إلى 5 سنوات كمسؤول Helix أو في دور مماثل يتضمن أنظمة التحكم بالإصدارات.
  • معرفة قوية بمنصة Helix Core ووظائفها الإدارية.
  • خبرة في أدوات وعمليات CI/CD مع دمج Helix في خطوط التطوير.
  • مهارات ممتازة في استكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها والتحليل لحل مشكلات النظام.
  • القدرة على العمل بشكل تعاوني مع الموظفين التقنيين وغير التقنيين عبر الأقسام المختلفة.
  • شهادات Helix ذات الصلة أو التدريب تعتبر ميزة إضافية.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • خبرة في لغات البرمجة النصية (مثل Python, PowerShell) لأتمتة المهام الإدارية.

As a Helix Administrator at Müller's Solutions, you will oversee the management and optimization of our Helix environments, ensuring that the development and production systems function seamlessly. This role requires a strong understanding of the Helix platform, managing code repositories, builds, and deployments efficiently. You will work closely with development teams to implement best practices in version control and CI/CD processes, while also providing support to ensure that our systems remain reliable and performant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and maintain Helix Core server environments, managing users, repositories, and permissions
  • Implement and optimize workflows for code branching, merging, and release management within Helix
  • Monitor system performance and conduct health checks to ensure high availability and responsiveness
  • Collaborate with development teams on best practices for version control and code integration
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Helix, providing timely support to end-users
  • Perform regular backups and disaster recovery planning for Helix repositories
  • Document processes, configurations, and system changes in line with company policies
  • Stay updated on Helix platform advancements and provide recommendations for enhancements

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Helix administrator or in a similar role involving version control systems
  • Strong knowledge of the Helix Core platform and its administrative functions
  • Experience with CI/CD tools and processes, integrating Helix with development pipelines
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills and analytical abilities for resolving system issues
  • Ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical staff across various departments
  • Relevant Helix certifications or training is a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) to automate administrative tasks
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies and development lifecycles
  • Familiarity with other version control systems such as Git and SVN
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to train others on best practices
