بصفتك مسؤول نظام Temenos في Müller's Solutions، ستكون مسؤولاً عن الإشراف على تكوين بيئة برمجيات Temenos المصرفية وصيانتها وتحسينها. ستكون خبرتك حاسمة لضمان تلبية التطبيق لاحتياجات الأعمال المتنوعة مع الحفاظ على الأداء العالي والأمان والموثوقية. ستعمل مع فرق متعددة الوظائف لإدارة تحسينات النظام ودعم المستخدمين وحل المشكلات عند ظهورها.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • إدارة وإدارة نظام Temenos المصرفي مع التركيز على صلاحيات المستخدم والأمان وإعدادات التكوين.
  • مراقبة أداء النظام وضمان توفره، وإجراء فحوصات دورية ومعالجة أي مشكلات بشكل استباقي.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في علوم الحاسب أو نظم المعلومات أو مجال ذي صلة.
  • 3-5 سنوات من الخبرة في إدارة برمجيات Temenos أو تطبيقات مصرفية مماثلة.
  • فهم قوي لهندسة Temenos ووحداته.
  • خبرة في تكوين النظام وإدارة المستخدمين واستكشاف الأخطاء.
  • مهارات تحليلية ممتازة والقدرة على العمل تحت الضغط لحل المشكلات التقنية.
  • القدرة على التواصل بفعالية مع الجهات المعنية التقنية وغير التقنية.
  • الشهادات ذات الصلة في Temenos أو المجالات المرتبطة مرغوب فيها بشدة.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • الإلمام بإدارة قواعد البيانات وSQL.
  • خبرة في أدوات وتقنيات التكامل في مجال الخدمات المصرفية.

As a Temenos Administrator at Müller's Solutions, you will be responsible for overseeing the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of our Temenos banking software environment. Your expertise will be critical in ensuring that the application meets our diverse business needs while maintaining high performance, security, and reliability. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage system enhancements, support users, and troubleshoot issues as they arise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and administer the Temenos banking system, focusing on user access, security, and configuration settings
  • Monitor system performance and ensure availability, conducting regular health checks and addressing any issues proactively
  • Collaborate with IT and business teams to implement system upgrades, patches, and enhancements
  • Conduct user training sessions and provide support to ensure effective utilization of the Temenos platform
  • Develop and maintain system documentation, including configuration guidelines and troubleshooting procedures
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, working closely with the support team and vendors as necessary
  • Stay updated with the latest Temenos releases and best practices to continuously improve system performance

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in administering Temenos software or similar banking applications
  • Strong understanding of the Temenos architecture and its modules
  • Experience in system configuration, user management, and troubleshooting
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to work under pressure to resolve technical issues
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Relevant certifications in Temenos or related fields are highly desirable

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with database management and SQL
  • Experience with integration tools and techniques within the banking domain
  • Understanding of ITIL processes and service management
  • Experience in project management methodologies
  • Proven ability to train and mentor junior staff in technical roles
