صافولا تعلن عن وظيفة أخصائي إدارة الفئات (Category Management Associate) في قسم العناية المنزلية والورقيات والمواد القابلة للتصرف، وذلك في المنطقة الغربية (مكة وجدة)، المملكة العربية السعودية.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
المساهمة في تحقيق أهداف المبيعات والهامش والإيرادات الأخرى والهامش التجاري الإجمالي للقسم، ودعم الشركة في تحقيق مستهدفات المبيعات والأرباح.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- مساعدة مدير الفئة أو مساعد مدير الفئة في التفاوض على اتفاقيات التوريد السنوية مع الموردين وفقاً لإرشادات الشركة.
- التوصية بفئات المنتجات لمدير الفئة والمساعدة في تنفيذ خطة الفئة بما يتوافق مع ميزانية المبيعات والتوقعات.
- المساعدة في التفاوض وإدارة تحديد التكاليف وأسعار البيع (هامش المنتج).
- المساعدة في إدارة الهامش التجاري الإجمالي من خلال التفاوض ومتابعة الصفقات مع الموردين وضمان التنفيذ.
- تحليل ومتابعة عملية sourcing المنتجات مع الموردين واستكمال جميع الإجراءات الرسمية.
- المساعدة في إدارة علاقات الموردين من خلال تقديم تغذية راجعة دورية عن أدائهم.
- المساعدة في عملية تحسين العروض الترويجية (Promo Optimization) من خلال: التواصل مع الموردين، اختيار الأصناف، التواصل الداخلي للعروض، التنبؤ، الموافقة، المراجعة البعدية واتخاذ الإجراءات.
- تحسين توفر الفئة (Category Availability) من خلال تحديد الحد الأدنى لكمية الطلب (MFQ) والحد الأدنى لكمية التوزيع (MDQ).
- تحسين حركة الزبائن في الفئة (Category Footfall) من خلال تنفيذ خطة planogram.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو الهندسة.
- إجادة استخدام Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- مهارات التفاوض.
- مهارات تحليلية.

Job Purpose:
To assist in achieving the department sales, margin, other income and total commercial margin in order to support the company in achieving the sales and bottom line targets.
Key Accountabilities:
- Assists the Category/Assistant Category Manager in the negotiations of the annual supply agreements with the vendors as per the company guidelines.
- In managing product categories, the Category Associate recommends the product categories to the Category manager as well as assisting him/her in implementing the category plan in line with sales budget and forecasts.
- Assists the category manager in negotiating and administrating the cost and retail prices setting (Product Margin).
- Assist the category manager in managing the total commercial margin by negotiating/follow-up the deals with the vendors and ensure the implementation.
- analyzes and follow-up with the vendors the product sourcing process and complete all the formalities.
- Helps in managing the vendor relations by providing periodically feedback to the vendors on their performance.
