نبحث عن فني تجميع صمامات تحكم (Control Valves Assembly Technician) للانضمام إلى فريق الإنتاج في شركة Emerson بمنطقة SPARK في السعودية. سيكون المرشح مسؤولاً عن تجميع واختبار وإصلاح صمامات التحكم والإغلاق وملحقاتها، مع الالتزام بمعايير الجودة والسلامة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تجميع جميع أنواع صمامات التحكم بما في ذلك المشغلات (actuators) والملحقات وفقاً للمواصفات الهندسية والرسومات وإجراءات التصنيع ومعايير الجودة.
- قراءة وتفسير التعليمات من الرسومات الفنية والأدلة وبطاقات التاريخ (History Cards) لتنفيذ عمليات التجميع بشكل مستقل ودقيق.
- إجراء الاختبارات الميكانيكية والهوائية والهيدروستاتيكية للصمامات والمشغلات وفقاً لمعايير Emerson والرموز الدولية.
- تنفيذ أعمال النقش وتركيب لوحات الأسماء والعلامات وعناصر التعريف الأخرى مع ضمان الامتثال لمتطلبات التتبع (traceability).
- إكمال وحفظ الوثائق الدقيقة مثل سجلات اختبار الصمامات وقوائم التجميع وتقارير الفحص.
- المساعدة في اختبار القبول في المصنع (FAT) أثناء الفحوصات الداخلية ومع العملاء، وتقديم ملاحظات فنية أو توضيحات عند الحاجة.
- إجراء اللحام الأساسي ولحام التثبيت (tack welding) على المكونات أو الملحقات (مثل الأقواس والألواح الداعمة والعلامات) بما يتوافق مع معايير السلامة واللحام.
- الفحص البصري للحامات والإبلاغ عن أي عيوب أو عدم مطابقة لإعادة العمل أو التصحيح.
- الحفاظ على نظافة وترتيب منطقة العمل باتباع ممارسات 5S والتصنيع الرشيق (Lean Manufacturing).
- صيانة الأدوات والآلات ومعدات اللحام والتجهيزات بحالة آمنة ومعايرة وقابلة للخدمة.
- دعم أنشطة الصيانة الوقائية والتنسيق مع فرق الهندسة والصيانة للخدمة الدورية للتجهيزات والأدوات.
- الامتثال لجميع سياسات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة (HSE) بما في ذلك الاستخدام الصحيح لمعدات الوقاية الشخصية والإبلاغ عن المخاطر والحوادث والحوادث الوشيكة عبر تطبيق Emerson للسلامة.

الشروط والمتطلبات
- دبلوم في الهندسة الميكانيكية/الإنتاج أو مجال تقني معادل.
- خبرة عملية لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في تجميع واختبار الصمامات (يفضل في Emerson أو بيئات تصنيع مماثلة).
المهارات المطلوبة
- كفاءة ميكانيكية قوية ومهارات حل المشكلات لأنواع الصمامات المختلفة وملحقاتها.
- الإلمام ببرنامج Valve Link للتشخيص والمعايرة (ميزة إضافية).
- الطلاقة في اللغة الإنجليزية قراءة وكتابة وتحدثاً.
- مهارات تواصل وتعاون جيدة مع الفريق.

We are seeking a highly experienced Assembly Technician to join our production team responsible for the assembly, testing, and fixing of Control and On-Off Valves and associated accessories. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of valve manufacturing processes, exceptional mechanical skills, and a strong commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
For this role, your responsibilities will be:
- Assemble all types of Control Valves, including actuators and accessories, in accordance with detailed engineering specifications, drawings, manufacturing procedures, and quality standards.
- Interpret and follow instructions from technical drawings, manuals, and History Cards to carry out assembly operations independently and accurately.
- Perform mechanical, pneumatic, and hydrostatic testing of valves and actuators in accordance with Emerson’s quality standards and international codes.
- Conduct engraving and fitting of nameplates, tags, and other identification elements, ensuring compliance with traceability requirements.
- Complete and maintain accurate documentation, such as Valve Test Records, Assembly Checklists, and Inspection Reports.
- Assist with Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) during internal and customer inspections; provide technical feedback or clarification when required.
- Perform basic welding and tack welding on components or accessories (e.g. brackets, support plates, tags) in line with safety and welding standards.
- Conduct visual inspections of welds and report any defects or non-conformities for rework or correction.
- Ensure work area is kept clean and organized by strictly following 5S and Lean Manufacturing practices.
- Maintain tools, machinery, welding equipment, and fixtures in a safe, calibrated, and serviceable condition.
- Actively support preventive maintenance activities and coordinate with engineering/maintenance teams for scheduled servicing of fixtures and tools.
- Align with all Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) policies, including correct use of PPE, reporting hazards, incidents, and near misses via the Emerson Safety App.
- Participate in daily toolbox talks, risk assessments, and safety audits as assigned.
- Propose and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, reduce rework, and improve process efficiency.
- Collaborate with multi-functional teams including QC, Manufacturing Engineering, and Planning to resolve production issues.
- Provide technical guidance, on-the-job training, and mentorship to junior assembly technicians or apprentices.
- Support special testing or assembly processes as required for customized or non-standard valve configurations.
- Demonstrate flexibility to work in different assembly areas or on multiple product lines, as per operational requirements.
- Adhere to Health, Safety & Environment policies as laid by the organization.
- Strong mechanical proficiency and solving skills for various valve types and accessories.
- Familiarity with Valve Link software for diagnostics and calibration is a plus.

- Minimum 3 years’ hands-on experience in valve assembly and testing (preferably in Emerson or similar manufacturing environments).
- Conduct fugitive emission checks to ensure valves follow international emission standards (ISO/STD guidelines).
- Operate and perform hydrostatic testing using various test benches and machines, including Ventil, PC Progetti, ITAL Control, and Maximator.
