تهدف هذه الوظيفة إلى تحسين وتطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات التحكم التي تعزز سلامة المصنع وربحيته وكفاءته وقابلية تشغيله. تعمل الشركة من خلال مشاريع مشتركة بين شركة الاستثمار الصناعي السعودي (SIIG) وشركة Chevron Phillips Chemical Company، وتشمل مشاريع (SCP) و(JCP) و(SPCo).
المهام والمسؤوليات
- المشاركة في إدارة سلامة العمليات (PSM) من خلال الانخراط في عملية إدارة التغيير، بما في ذلك مراجعات المخاطر والمشاركة في دراسات (HAZOP) و (LOPA) ومتابعة إجراءاتها ومراجعات السلامة قبل بدء التشغيل.
- تقييم المخططات العملياتية الجديدة وتصميماتها من حيث الجدوى والملاءمة.
- مسؤولية استكشاف المشكلات في أنظمة التحكم وتنفيذ الحلول وتقديم الدعم.
- مراقبة أنظمة التحكم والتطبيقات الداعمة وتنفيذ الصيانة الوقائية للحفاظ على الأنظمة في حالة تشغيل مثالية.
- دعم أنشطة توثيق الإنذارات وترشيدها (AOA).
- التعرف على فرص تحسين استراتيجيات التحكم في العمليات في المصنع.
- دعم تنفيذ وإدارة تطبيقات التحكم المتقدم في العمليات.
- مسؤولية تنفيذ تغييرات أنظمة التحكم للتغييرات المدارة والمشاريع الصغيرة.
- تقديم الدعم لإدارة دورة حياة نظام السلامة الآلي وطبقة الحماية المستقلة الآلية، بما في ذلك اختبار الإثبات.
- إعداد التعليمات وتوفير التدريب لموظفي التشغيل والصيانة الكهربائية والآلاتية والفنيين في مواضيع التحكم حسب الحاجة.
- تقديم دعم هندسة التحكم في حالات الإيقاف المخطط وغير المخطط له وإيقافات الوحدات.
- دعم الموقع في مهام الاستجابة للأنظمة خارج ساعات العمل عند الحاجة.
- مسؤولية اختيار أجهزة القياس وحجمها واختيار صمامات التحكم وأجهزة القياس.
- مسؤولية أداء حلقات التحكم وضبطها بما في ذلك استكشاف أخطاء المستشعرات والمتحكمات والعناصر النهائية.
- أداء أنشطة الدعم اليومية للتشغيل بما في ذلك مراجعة تصاريح التجاوز وإصدار تصاريح التركيب عند الاقتضاء والمشاركة في التحقيق في القضايا.

الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة.
- خبرة عمل إجمالية لا تقل عن 3 سنوات.
- التدريب والشهادات المهنية ذات الصلة (مفضلة).
- الخبرة ذات الصلة في المجال (ميزة إضافية).
المهارات المطلوبة
- القدرة على قراءة وتحليل وتفسير المنشورات التجارية والمجلات المهنية والإجراءات الفنية واللوائح الحكومية.
- القدرة على إعداد التقارير والمراسلات التجارية والوثائق الإجرائية.

Responsibilities
Performs the activities, may include but not limited to:
- Engages in plant Process Safety Management (PSM) by participating in the Management of Change process, including hazard reviews, participating in larger HAZOP ((Hazards and Operability Study) and LOPA (Layer of Protection Analysis) studies, action item follow-up, and Pre-Startup Safety Reviews.
- Evaluates new process schemes and designs concerning merit and feasibility.
- Responsible for troubleshooting issues with control systems and resolution implementation and support.
- Responsible for monitoring the control systems and supporting applications and executing preventative maintenance to maintain the systems at optimal operation.
- Supports Alarm Documentation and Rationalization (AOA) activities.
- Recognizes opportunities for improvement on the plant process control strategies.
- Supports implementation and management of Advanced Process Control applications.
- Responsible for implementing control system changes for managed changes and small projects.
- Provides support for Safety Instrumented System and instrumented independent protection layer lifecycle management, including proof testing.
- Creates instructions and provides training for Operations, I&E Maintenance and Technical personnel on control subjects as needed.
- Provides control engineering support for both planned and unplanned shutdowns and unit turnarounds.
- Supports site in control system off-hour call-out duties as needed.
- Responsible for instrumentation device, sizing & selection of control valve and measurement devices.
- Responsible for control loop performance and tuning including sensors, controllers, and final elements troubleshooting.
- Preform daily support activities to operation including review the bypass permits, install permits where applicable and participate on the issue’s investigation.
- Strictly follows established environmental, health, safety and quality policies and procedures in order to guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance, delivery of high-quality products/services and a responsible environmental attitude.
- Undertakes accountabilities in the operational excellence process as set out in the schedule of responsibilities.
- Contributes to the processes of continuous improvement for the area assigned.
- Performs any other relevant task as directed by Lead Process Control
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
- +3 years of total work experience
Training & Certifications
- Relevant professional training and certifications are preferred.
- Relevant experience in the related field is an advantage.
