تعلن شركة شيفرون فيليبس للكيماويات (Chevron Phillips Chemical Company) عن توفر شاغر وظيفي لمهندس محللات (Analyzer Engineer) في مدينة الجبيل، المملكة العربية السعودية. تعمل الشركة ضمن مشاريع مشتركة في المنطقة الصناعية بالجبيل، ويتولى هذا الدور مسؤولية تحديد واعتماد أجهزة التحليل الجديدة لمشاريع تحسين الكفاءة وتخفيف التقادم، بالإضافة إلى تقديم الدعم الفني لفرق التشغيل والصيانة.

نبذة عن الوظيفة

المسؤول عن تحديد واعتماد أجهزة التحليل الجديدة لمشاريع تحسين الكفاءة وتخفيف التقادم. يتم ذلك من خلال قيادة مشاريع رأسمالية/تشغيلية صغيرة وتقديم الدعم الفني للمشاريع الأكبر في وحدات تشغيل متعددة. يشغل هذا المنصب دور الخبير الفني لفرق تشغيل وصيانة أجهزة التحليل للاعتماد عليه عند الحاجة.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • المسؤولية عن الجهود المبذولة للحفاظ على توفر المعدات بأعلى مستوى تشغيلي ممكن، بما في ذلك البحث والتواصل حول التقنيات الجديدة وممارسات الصيانة.
  • تقديم القيادة والدعم الفني لفرق صيانة أجهزة التحليل والصيانة الكهربائية حسب الحاجة.
  • تطبيق أدوات الموثوقية المناسبة (مثل برنامج أسوأ العناصر، تحليل أنماط الفشل وتأثيراته، التفتيش المبني على المخاطر، الصيانة المبني على المخاطر، الصيانة المرتكزة على الموثوقية، خارطة طريق الموثوقية) لتحسين الأداء وتحسين التكاليف وزيادة توفر الأصول.
  • المسؤولية عن تطوير قائمة المعدات الحرجة وتوصيات مخزون قطع الغيار الحرجة، بما في ذلك مراقبة وتحسين نظام المخازن لتلبية احتياجات الموقع المستقبلية.
  • المشاركة في تحقيقات الحوادث لاكتشاف السبب الجذري للمشكلات وتنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية لمنع تكرارها مستقبلاً.
  • المسؤولية عن فعالية التقنيات التحليلية لكشف وتشخيص المشكلات في معدات أجهزة التحليل.
  • ضمان أن جميع معدات أجهزة التحليل لها درجة أهمية محددة بدقة.

  • تقديم دعم إدارة المشاريع للمشاريع الرأسمالية والتشغيلية الصغيرة التي تشكل أجهزة التحليل الجزء الأكبر من نطاقها.
  • دعم تنفيذ إدارة التغيير (MOC) بالموقع، بما في ذلك مراجعة المستندات المحدثة وإغلاق المشروع.
  • تنفيذ أنشطة ضمان الجودة ومراقبة الجودة (اختبار القبول في المصنع، اختبار القبول في الموقع، حلقات التحقق).
  • إعداد التقارير والدراسات الفنية حسب توجيهات المدير.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة (تخصص هندسي).
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في مجال ذي صلة.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • القدرة على قراءة وتحليل وتفسير الدوريات التجارية العامة والمجلات المهنية والإجراءات الفنية واللوائح الحكومية.
  • القدرة على كتابة التقارير والمراسلات التجارية وأدلة الإجراءات.
  • القدرة على تقديم المعلومات بفعالية والرد على الاستفسارات من مجموعات المديرين والعملاء والعملاء والجمهور العام.

Saudi Industrial Investment Group (SIIG) with Chevron Phillips Chemical Company LLC, through a wholly owned affiliate Arabian Chevron Phillips Petrochemical Company (ACP), has two 50/50 joint venture projects in the Eastern Province Industrial City of Al-Jubail: Saudi Chevron Phillips Company (SCP) and Jubail Chevron Phillips Company (JCP). A third joint venture, Saudi Polymers Company (SPCo), is jointly owned by ACP and National Petrochemical Company (Petrochem).

Purpose/Introduction

Responsible for specifying and commissioning new analyzers for efficiency improvement projects and obsolescence mitigation. This will be done through leading small capital/ expense projects and providing technical support for larger capital/expense projects in multiple operating units. Additionally, this position will serve as a subject-matter expert for analyzer O&M teams to rely on for support as needed.

Responsibilities

Performs activities, may include but not limited to:

  • Responsible for efforts to maintain equipment availability at highest operating level feasible including the research\communication of new technologies, and maintenance practices.
  • Provide technical leadership and support to the Analyzer, and Electrical, maintenance groups as required.
  • Apply appropriate reliability tools (i.e., Worst Actor Program, FMEA, RBI, RBM, RCM, Reliability Roadmap, etc.) to drive improvements, optimize costs, and improve asset availability.
  • Responsible for the development of Critical Equipment list and Critical Spares Inventory recommendations. This includes monitoring and optimizing the stores system for future site-wide needs.

  • Participates in incident investigations to discover root cause of problems and implements corrective actions to prevent similar situations from occurring in the future.
  • Responsible for effectiveness of analytical techniques for detecting and diagnosing problems in Analyzer equipment.
  • Ensures all Analyzer equipment has an accurate criticality defined.
  • Develops and maintains history and performance to reveal bad & worst actors. Communicates findings and implements resolutions on time.
  • Supports the life cycle effort for Analyzers.
  • Participates and provides advice in developing plans for major shutdowns, construction, or alteration projects.
  • Responsible for the discipline engineering and design for capital and expense projects adhering to sound life cycle management principles, site engineering standards, and industry best practices.
  • Provides project management support for small capital and expense projects with analyzers as majority of scope.
  • Supports the execution of plant MOC (Management of change), including updated document review and project closeout.
  • Executes Quality Assurance, Quality Control activities (FAT, SAT, Loop sells, etc.).
  • Prepares technical reports and studies as directed by manager.
  • Strictly follows established environmental, health, safety and quality policies and procedures in order to guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance, delivery of high-quality products/services and a responsible environmental attitude.
  • Undertakes accountabilities in the operational excellence process as set out in the schedule of responsibilities.
  • Contributes to the processes of continuous improvement for the area assigned.
  • Performs any other relevant task as directed by Lead Engineer Instrument.
