شركة شيفرون فيليبس للبتروكيماويات (Chevron Phillips Chemical Company) تعلن عن وظيفة مهندس معدات دوارة (Rotating Equipment) في الجبيل، المملكة العربية السعودية، وذلك ضمن مشاريعها المشتركة في مدينة الجبيل الصناعية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • دعم وتنفيذ مبادرات سلامة المعدات الدوارة ومراقبة سلامتها الميكانيكية لدفع التحسينات والإجراءات التصحيحية.
  • تطوير إجراءات التفتيش وبرامج مراقبة دورية لكل قطعة من المعدات.
  • وضع استراتيجيات صيانة المعدات وإصلاحها/قطع الغيار، والتأثير على معايير المعدات الدوارة.
  • تسهيل تحليل الأعطال المتكررة والتوقف وتحليل الجذور المتعلقة بالمعدات الدوارة، والتأكد من تنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية.
  • ضمان إجراء عمليات التفتيش المخطط لها (أوامر الصيانة الوقائية) وغير المخطط لها داخلياً وخارجياً.
  • التحقيق في تطبيقات التقنيات الحالية والجديدة للكشف عن المشكلات الميكانيكية وتشخيصها، بما في ذلك تحليل الاهتزازات ومراقبة الآلات الدوارة الكبيرة وتحليل الضواغط الترددية.
  • إجراء تحليل الأعطال للمعدات الدوارة لتحديد الأسباب الجذرية، وتقدير التكاليف وفعالية الحلول البديلة، والتوصية بالنفقات التصحيحية بناءً على الربحية الإجمالية.
  • إجراء تحليل الاهتزازات لتقييم الحالة الميكانيكية للمعدات الدوارة وتحليل الأعطال المرتبطة بالاهتزاز.
  • قيادة عمليات التفتيش أثناء فترة التوقف المخطط لها (Turnaround) وفقاً لقائمة المهام ونطاق العمل المعد قبل الإغلاق.
  • التوصية وتنفيذ الترقيات/التعديلات على المعدات لزيادة الموثوقية وتقليل تكاليف الصيانة والمشكلات التشغيلية.
  • تحليل بيانات الصيانة التنبؤية وبدء الأعمال التصحيحية المتابعة.
  • تطوير البيانات ومراجعتها وإعداد التقارير عن مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية.
  • صياغة توصيات سليمة واقتصادية للإصلاح مقابل الاستبدال.
  • تقديم مدخلات لتطوير استراتيجيات موثوقية المعدات الدوارة.
  • مراجعة وثائق إدارة التغيير (MOC) المتعلقة بالمعدات الدوارة لضمان مراعاة اعتبارات السلامة الميكانيكية.
  • إجراء حسابات لتحديد العمر المتبقي للمعدات الدوارة.
  • الالتزام الصارم بسياسات وإجراءات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة والجودة لضمان سلامة الموظفين والامتثال القانوني.
  • تحمل المسؤوليات في عملية التميز التشغيلي وفقاً لجدول المسؤوليات.
  • المساهمة في عمليات التحسين المستمر للمنطقة الموكلة.
  • أداء أي مهمة أخرى ذات صلة بتوجيه من مشرف موثوقية المعدات الدوارة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية.
  • خبرة من 3 إلى 5 سنوات في مجال ذي صلة.
  • شهادة محلل تزييت الآلات (Machine Lubrication Analyst).
  • شهادة تحليل الاهتزازات الميكانيكية (MVA) المستوى الثاني (CAT II).

المهارات المطلوبة

  • القدرة على قراءة وتحليل وتفسير الدوريات التجارية العامة والمجلات المهنية والإجراءات الفنية واللوائح الحكومية.
  • القدرة على كتابة التقارير ومراسلات الأعمال وأدلة الإجراءات.
  • القدرة على عرض المعلومات والرد على استفسارات مجموعات المديرين والعملاء والجمهور بفعالية.
  • خبرة في استخدام برامج صناعية وتنفيذ برامج معترف بها مثل Meridium وSAP وKMS وSystem-1 وPrognost.
  • معرفة ببرامج الموثوقية مثل إدارة الموثوقية الكلية للمصنع (TPRM) ونظام إدارة سلامة الأصول (AIMS) وتقنيات الصيانة المركزة على الموثوقية (RCM).

Description

Saudi Industrial Investment Group (SIIG) with Chevron Phillips Chemical Company LLC, through a wholly owned affiliate Arabian Chevron Phillips Petrochemical Company (ACP), has two 50/50 joint venture projects in the Eastern Province Industrial City of Al-Jubail: Saudi Chevron Phillips Company (SCP) and Jubail Chevron Phillips Company (JCP). A third joint venture, Saudi Polymers Company (SPCo), is jointly owned by ACP and National Petrochemical Company (Petrochem).

Job Purpose

Develops, maintains techniques, and programs, and applies expertise to support reliability for rotating equipment.

Responsibilities

Performs the activities, may include but not limited to:

  • Supports and implements rotating equipment mechanical integrity initiatives. Monitors mechanical integrity of rotating equipment to drive improvements and corrective actions.
  • Develops inspection procedures and establishes routine monitoring programs for each piece of equipment.
  • Develops equipment maintenance strategies, repair/spares strategies, and influence equipment standards for rotating equipment.
  • Facilitates bad actor, downtime and root cause analysis related to rotating equipment. Confirms implementation and effectiveness of countermeasures developed.
  • Ensures that internal and external planned (PM order) and unplanned inspections are conducted.
  • Investigates applications of present and new techniques, analytical, instrumentation, etc., for detecting and diagnosing mechanical problems, including signature vibration analysis, monitoring of large rotating machinery, and analyzing reciprocating compressors.
  • Performs failure analysis on rotating equipment to determine root causes of failures. Applies technical expertise in choosing the essential cost of failures, estimates costs and effectiveness of alternative solutions. Recommends corrective expenditures based on overall profitability
  • Performs vibration analysis to evaluate the mechanical condition of rotating equipment and analyze vibration-related faults.
  • Leads the conducting of Turnaround inspections according to the job list and scope of work prepared before shutdowns.
  • Recommends and implements upgrades/modifications to equipment to increase reliability and reduce maintenance cost and operating issues
  • Analyzes predictive maintenance data and initiates follow-on corrective work.
  • Develops, reviews data, and reports out on key performance indicators.
  • Frames up sound and economically viable repair vs. replacement recommendations.
  • Provides input into the development of rotating equipment reliability strategies.
  • Reviews Management of Change documentation relating to rotating equipment to ensure mechanical integrity considerations are properly addressed.
  • Performs calculations to determine the remaining life of rotating equipment.
  • Strictly follows established environmental, health, safety and quality policies and procedures in order to guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance, delivery of high-quality products/services and a responsible environmental attitude.
  • Undertakes accountabilities in the operational excellence process as set out in the schedule of responsibilities.
  • Contributes to the processes of continuous improvement for the area assigned.
  • Performs any other relevant task as directed by Superintendent Rotating Equipment Reliability.

Required Qualifications

  • Academic Qualification: Holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Years of Experience: 3 - 5 years

Training & Certification

  • Machine Lubrication Analyst
  • Machinery Vibration Analysis (MVA) CAT II

Skills/Performance Indicators

  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
  • Experience with using industry software and providing and executing industry recognized programs such as Meridium, SAP, KMS, System-1, Prognost.
  • knowledge of reliability programs e.g. TPRM (Total Plant Reliability Management), AIMS (Asset Integrity Management System) and Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) techniques.
