تعلن أمازون عن توفر وظيفة مدير مرافق (Facilities Manager) في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية، حيث سيكون مسؤولاً عن جميع مهام صيانة المرافق عبر الفريق المباشر والمقاولين الخارجيين، ويهدف هذا الدور إلى تمكين فريق العمليات من تحسين تجربة العملاء.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة ودعم وتوجيه الفريق بناءً على العوائق المحددة لضمان العمل بأمان ووفق معايير عالية وبفعالية.
- ضمان خبرة الفريق من خلال التدريب.
- تحديد الأسباب الجذرية للمشكلات وتقديم الحلول.
- يكون النائب الرئيسي لمدير المرافق عند غيابه.
- ضمان الامتثال للوائح السلامة وتسجيل الأنشطة المنفذة بالتعاون مع الفريق.
- تنفيذ معايير أمازون والتركيز على الصيانة الوقائية لضمان توفر عالٍ للمعدات للعملاء الداخليين.
- إدارة ودعم برنامج التدريب للفريق.
- إدارة المشاريع المحلية ودعم مشاريع البناء التي يكلف بها المدير.
- الاستعداد للعمل بنظام المناوبات للبقاء على اتصال مع الفريق والعمل اليومي.
- المشاركة في جميع الأنشطة التجارية اليومية والمبادرات المشروعية، وقيادة فريق من فنيي المرافق والخدمات في عملية تعمل 24/7.
- العمل بطريقة آمنة تركز على العملاء لدعم المواقع المتعددة، والتحلي بالتحفيز الذاتي والتركيز على العميل.
- تطوير وتصميم حلول للمشكلات الصعبة، وإدارة المقاولين الخارجيين، والتواجد للطوارئ.
- إدارة مشاريع وأنشطة يومية متعددة، والوفاء بالمواعيد النهائية، ووضع خطط لتحقيق أهداف القسم والتوزيع.
- ضمان اتباع جميع برامج وإجراءات السلامة، وتطوير برامج الصيانة الوقائية والحفاظ على علاقات عمل جيدة مع العمليات.
- المساعدة في تطوير وتحديد وتتبع الميزانيات.
- توجيه جميع موظفي المرافق من خلال التحفيز وتوفير التوجيه لمساعدتهم على تحقيق أهدافهم وبذل جهد مستمر لتجاوز التوقعات.
- تعزيز وممارسة النظافة الجيدة في مكان العمل.

- القدرة على تركيب وصيانة واستكشاف مكونات الحساسات الضوئية، ومشغلات المحركات، والمرحلات، والمفاتيح الحدية، ومستشعرات القرب، والمؤقتات، ومحركات السيرفو، ومحولات التردد مع الفريق.
- تطوير والحفاظ على علاقات عمل جيدة عبر جميع مستويات المؤسسة.
- تقديم تغذية راجعة غنية لتعزيز الأداء الفردي.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- 4+ سنوات من خبرة الصيانة الصناعية.
- 2+ سنوات من الخبرة الإشرافية / القيادية المباشرة.
- 2+ سنوات من الخبرة في نظام إدارة الصيانة المحوسب (CMMS).
- درجة البكالوريوس، أو 2+ سنوات من الخبرة في أمازون.
- خبرة في استخدام الحاسب الآلي بما في ذلك MS Excel وWord وOffice.
المهارات المطلوبة
- 5+ سنوات من الخبرة في إدارة الفرق، والميزانيات، وإدارة الموردين، وحل المشكلات، وعلاقات العملاء.
- خبرة في إجراءات الصيانة الوقائية، والكهرباء الصناعية، والتحكم الصناعي، والإلكترونيات الصناعية والروبوتات.

- Implement Amazon standards and focus on preventive maintenance to ensure a high level of equipment availability for our internal customers.
- Manage and support the training program for the team.
- Manage local projects and support construction projects assigned by the manager.
- Be prepared to work shifts to stay in touch with your team and your daily work.
Responsibilities Include
- Dedicated to supporting multi-site production by working in a safe, customer-focused manner; and must be highly self-motivated and customer-centric.
- Develop and design solutions to difficult problems, manage outside contractors and be on call for emergencies.
- Handle multiple projects and daily activities, meet deadlines and develop plans on how to achieve departmental and distribution goals.
- Ensuring that all safety programs and procedures are followed, develop and maintain preventative maintenance programs and good working relationships with operations.
- Help to develop, set and track budgets.
- Mentor all facilities associates by motivating and providing direction to help them achieve their goals and make a consistent effort to go above and beyond.
- The Facilities Area Manager promotes and conducts good housekeeping.
- Develop training plans for facilities and service technicians.
- Develop Preventive Maintenance Programs.
- Ability to install, maintain, and troubleshoot power distribution systems, branch circuits, lighting systems, transformers, and wiring methods and materials, with the team
- Ability to install, maintain, and troubleshoot photo eye components, motor starters, relays, limit switches, proximity sensors, timers, servo drives and frequency inverters etc. With the team
- Develop and maintain good working relationships across all levels in the organization.
- Ability to provide enriched feedback to enhance individual performance.
- 4+ years of industrial maintenance experience
- 2+ years of direct leadership/supervisory experience
- 2+ years of Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) experience
- Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years of Amazon experience
- Experience with computers, including MS Excel, Word and Office
- 5+ years of team management, budget responsibilities, supplier management, problem solving, and client/ customer relations experience
- Experience with preventive maintenance procedures, industrial electrical, industrial controls, and industrial electronics & robotics
- Experience working with Material Handling Equipment (MHE) integrators
- Experience maintaining material handling equipment and integrated systems
- Experience in project management
