About the Job

We are currently looking for an experienced Area Manager to oversee multiple restaurant locations within a fast-paced and growing environment. The role focuses on driving operational excellence, delivering strong financial results, and ensuring a consistently high standard of customer experience. A key focus will be on leading teams, optimising performance, and supporting the continued growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple restaurant locations, ensuring consistency and efficiency across all sites.
• Ensure full compliance with operational procedures, food safety standards, and local regulations.
• Conduct regular store visits, audits, and performance reviews to maintain high operational standards.
• Drive revenue growth and profitability across all locations, ensuring achievement of sales targets and KPIs.
• Monitor P&L performance, manage budgets, and implement cost-control initiatives.
• Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement.
• Maintain and uphold brand standards and customer experience guidelines across all locations.

Key Ingredients

• Proven experience in a multi-site management role within the restaurant or hospitality sector.
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations, financial performance management, and P&L oversight.
• Demonstrated leadership capability with experience managing and developing teams.
• Solid knowledge of food safety standards and operational compliance requirements.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering sales growth and profitability.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
