Overview
The Senior Social Media Manager will be responsible for leading the social media strategy and execution for our client in a Social Media, Digital, & Creative Scope. The primary focus of this role will be to develop and implement effective social media campaigns that align with the client's business objectives and drive engagement and growth on various social media platforms.
Responsibilities
Technical & Product
- Have a deep understanding of social media platforms, tools, and best practices, as well as stay up-to-date with the latest trends in social media marketing.
- Manage and monitor all social media channels by tracking and analyzing performance metrics, and reporting on analytics and insights to the internal team and clients.
- Make sure team is creating content on social media that aligns with the brand's overall social media strategy.
- Use social media tools effectively to monitor, track, and analyze metrics related to online engagement, traffic, and overall brand awareness.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of numbers and analytics to make data-driven decisions and optimize social media campaigns.
- Knowledge in media and promotion strategies to drive effective and data-driven content distribution

- Have a strong understanding of the client's business goals and how social media marketing can help achieve them.
- Collaborate closely with the client and internal team members to ensure that social media content is on-brand and aligned with overall marketing objectives.
- Ensure efficient and effective project management of social media campaigns, including timely and accurate reporting on performance metrics.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
- At least 7-9 years of experience in social media marketing, with a focus on managing social media campaigns and leading a team.
- Proven experience managing social media channels on various platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
- Experience in developing and implementing successful social media campaigns, including creative development, media planning, and reporting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
