المهام والمسؤوليات

  • دعم العمليات المكتبية اليومية من خلال تقديم مساعدة إدارية مثل معالجة النصوص وإدخال البيانات وحفظ الملفات والنسخ.
  • إسعاد الضيوف من خلال الرد السريع والمهني على جميع تفاعلاتهم.
  • إدارة الاتصالات عبر الرد على الهاتف ومعالجة البريد الإلكتروني والمراسلات بكفاءة وفي الوقت المناسب.
  • تنسيق ترتيبات السفر وحجز المواعيد لمديري الأقسام.
  • دعم المشاريع الخاصة والمبادرات الداخلية والمهام الموكلة حسب الحاجة.

As an Administrative Assistant, you’re not just providing support to department managers - you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Responsibilities

Here's what you'll do during a typical day:

  • Support daily office operations: Provide administrative support such as word processing, data entry, filing, and copying to support department operations
  • Delight our guests: Respond promptly and professionally to all guest interactions
  • Manage communication: Answer telephones, handle email communications, and process correspondence in a timely and efficient manner
  • Coordinate travel arrangements: Organize and manage bookings for department managers
  • Support special projects: Assist with departmental initiatives or ad-hoc assignments
