The Role
The Retail Store Manager will oversee all aspects of store operations, including sales performance, customer service, inventory management, team leadership, and operational compliance. Responsibilities
- Manage daily retail store operations and overall store performance.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.
- 6+ years of retail experience, including store management responsibilities.
- Proven ability to lead retail teams and achieve commercial targets.
- Strong understanding of retail operations and merchandising.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
- Strong commercial and analytical abilities.
- Experience using retail management systems.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic would be an advantage.
