المهام والمسؤوليات

The Role
As a Kids Club Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the resort’s recreational programs, ensuring all activities and events are delivered at the highest standards to meet the expectations of our guests. Your role will involve managing a team of activity coordinators and guides, planning and executing daily activities, and ensuring seamless coordination with other resort departments. You will play a key role in curating and enhancing the overall guest experience through a variety of engaging, innovative, and inclusive recreational offerings.
You will work closely with the Recreation Manager to ensure that the resort’s activity programs align with the brand’s values and deliver a luxurious and memorable guest experience. Whether facilitating fitness classes, cultural events, adventure activities, or kids' entertainment, you will ensure the highest standards of service, guest satisfaction, and safety.

Guest Experience and Engagement
- Oversee and supervise daily recreational and entertainment activities for guests of all ages, ensuring they are well-organized, engaging, and aligned with the resort’s standards.
- Lead by example in delivering outstanding guest service and fostering an environment where guests feel welcomed, entertained, and engaged.
- Ensure activities cater to a wide range of interests, including fitness, wellness, adventure, cultural, educational, and social pursuits.
- Interact with guests to gather feedback and encourage participation, ensuring that each guest’s experience is tailored to their interests and expectations.
- Create personalized experiences for guests celebrating special occasions, such as birthdays or anniversaries, by offering tailored activities or events.
- Develop a strong rapport with guests, providing a memorable and lasting impression of the resort.
Team Management and Leadership
- Supervise and mentor a team of activity coordinators and guides, ensuring all activities are delivered efficiently and professionally.
- Provide clear direction, motivation, and support to the activities team, encouraging a collaborative and positive work environment.
- Conduct regular team briefings and training sessions to ensure the team is well-prepared and knowledgeable about daily activities and safety protocols.
- Monitor the performance of team members, offering constructive feedback and support to enhance the delivery of activities and guest satisfaction.
- Ensure team members are properly equipped, trained, and have the necessary resources to execute activities effectively.
Activity Planning and Coordination
- Develop, plan, and schedule a diverse range of activities and events in line with guest preferences, resort offerings, and seasonal themes.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as Spa & Wellness, Food & Beverage, and Housekeeping, to coordinate and integrate activities into the resort’s overall guest experience.
- Innovate and introduce new activity concepts, ensuring that the resort remains at the forefront of entertainment and recreation trends.
- Ensure all activities are planned with attention to detail, including safety measures, guest accessibility, and logistical requirements.
Safety and Risk Management
- Ensure that all activities adhere to the resort’s safety guidelines, with a focus on guest safety and well-being.
- Conduct regular risk assessments for all recreational activities, identifying and mitigating potential hazards.
- Train the team on safety procedures and emergency protocols, ensuring they are prepared to handle any situation that may arise during activities.
- Ensure all activity equipment is properly maintained, cleaned, and stored securely.
Guest Feedback and Continuous Improvement
- Collect and analyze guest feedback to evaluate the effectiveness of activities and programs, ensuring continuous improvement.
- Address any guest concerns or complaints promptly, ensuring a positive resolution that maintains guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the Recreation Manager to refine and improve activities based on feedback and performance metrics.
- Contribute to regular reviews of activity offerings to ensure they remain fresh, relevant, and aligned with guest expectations.
Operational Efficiency
- Maintain accurate records of guest participation in activities and events, ensuring all data is collected and managed efficiently.
- Monitor inventory and supplies for activity-related materials and equipment, ensuring that adequate stock levels are maintained.
- Manage the activity schedule, ensuring efficient use of resources and staff, while avoiding overbooking or underutilization of activities.
- Assist in budgeting for activities, ensuring that expenses are within allocated limits and that all activities are cost-effective.
Collaboration with Other Teams
- Work closely with the Marketing and Sales teams to promote recreational offerings and increase guest awareness of available activities.
- Collaborate with the Guest Services team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of guest requests for specific activities.
- Build strong relationships with other resort departments, ensuring that activities are integrated into the wider guest experience and operational strategies.
Other Duties
- Assist with other resort events and programs as required, contributing to the overall guest experience.
- Provide support for special events, such as themed nights, fitness challenges, or family-friendly activities.
- Take part in training and development initiatives to enhance personal and team performance
