المهام والمسؤوليات
- الإشراف على كامل وظيفة المحاسبة، بما في ذلك إدارة أنشطة دفتر الأستاذ العام ومراقبة عمليات الإقفال الشهرية والسنوية.
- ضمان إعداد القوائم المالية بشكل دقيق وفي الوقت المناسب، وقيادة إعداد التقارير المالية.
- الحفاظ على الامتثال للمعايير المحاسبية والمتطلبات التنظيمية المعمول بها، والتنسيق مع الجهات الرقابية الداخلية والخارجية.
- تطوير وتنفيذ السياسات والإجراءات المحاسبية، ومراقبة التدفقات النقدية وعمليات إعداد الميزانيات.
- تقديم التحليلات المالية لدعم القرارات الاستراتيجية.
- إدارة الفريق المحاسبي وتوجيهه وتطوير أدائه، وتحسين الأنظمة والضوابط المحاسبية.
- التعاون الوثيق مع إدارتي المالية والعمليات لضمان حوكمة مالية قوية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة في قيادة الفرق المحاسبية، مع القدرة على التدريب والتطوير وإدارة الأداء.
- درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو المالية أو مجال ذي صلة؛ الشهادة المهنية (مثل CPA أو CMA) مفضلة.
- معرفة بالمتطلبات التنظيمية والمعايير ذات الصلة؛ الخبرة في مجال التكنولوجيا المالية أو الخدمات المالية تُعتبر ميزة.
المهارات المطلوبة
- خبرة محاسبية قوية تتضمن إتقان المبادئ والممارسات المحاسبية الأساسية.
- إتقان إعداد القوائم المالية والتقارير المالية، مع خبرة في مراجعة التقارير القانونية والإدارية.

Role Description The Head of Accounting at PayLink is a full-time, on-site role based in Al Khobar. This role oversees the entire accounting function, including managing general ledger activities, supervising month-end and year-end closing processes, and ensuring accurate and timely preparation of financial statements. Responsibilities include leading financial reporting, maintaining compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements, and coordinating audits with external and internal stakeholders. The Head of Accounting will develop and implement accounting policies and procedures, monitor cash flow and budgeting processes, and provide financial analysis to support strategic decisions. The role includes managing and mentoring the accounting team, improving systems and controls, and collaborating closely with finance and operations to ensure strong financial governance.

- Solid Finance and Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, support forecasting, and guide business decisions.
- Experience leading accounting teams, with the ability to coach, develop, and manage performance.
- Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and standards; experience in fintech or financial services is an advantage.
- Advanced skills in accounting and ERP systems, and strong proficiency in spreadsheet and reporting tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail, integrity, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders on-site in Al Khobar.
