المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تنفيذ أنشطة الصيانة الكهربائية اليومية على جميع أنظمة ومعدات ومرافق المصنع الكهربائية ضمن منطقة المسؤولية المحددة.
  • ضمان الامتثال وتطبيق إجراءات السلامة والجودة الخاصة بـ SATORP أثناء تنفيذ أنشطة الصيانة الكهربائية.
  • ضمان التنفيذ السليم للعمل والتحقق من الأنشطة المتعلقة بمهام الصيانة الروتينية.
  • القيام بأعمال الإصلاح واستكشاف الأعطال وإصلاحها على الأصول الكهربائية بطريقة مناسبة وفي الوقت المناسب وبجودة عالية تساهم في زيادة توافر وموثوقية هذه الأنظمة.
  • تلقي توجيهات العمل من المشرف الكهربائي المعني فيما يتعلق بأوامر/طلبات صيانة الأنظمة الكهربائية.
  • متابعة تقدم أعمال الصيانة الكهربائية وتقديم تقارير دورية عن التقدم إلى المشرف الكهربائي المعني، وحفظ سجل لأعمال الصيانة اليومية مقابل برامج الصيانة المخططة وإعداد تقارير إنجاز العمل عند الاقتضاء.
  • تطبيق سياسات وإجراءات ولوائح SATORP وضمان مراعاة جميع تدابير واحتياطات السلامة بدقة أثناء تنفيذ أعمال الصيانة.
  • أداء الصيانة الوقائية في المفاتيح الكهربائية ذات الجهد العالي والمنخفض (HV & LV switchgear) وأجهزة التحكم بما في ذلك اختبار مرحلات الحماية الإلكترونية، وقواطع الدائرة الكهربائية، وقضبان التوصيل، والكونتاكتورات، ومشغلات المحركات، ومفاتيح النقل التلقائي (ATS).
  • أخذ قراءات التفريغ الجزئي للمكثف في المحركات ذات الجهد العالي.
  • إجراء تحليل مباشر (on line analysis) لبصمة التيار للمحركات.
  • إجراء اختبارات على جميع أنواع المحولات.
  • دعم عمليات المفاتيح الكهربائية في المحطات الفرعية الكهربائية عند الطلب.
  • أداء المهام الأخرى ذات الصلة التي يكلفه بها القائد الكهربائي المعني.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • شهادة الثانوية العامة مع خبرة لا تقل عن 8 سنوات في صيانة النفط والغاز.
  • أو شهادة دبلوم في الهندسة أو ما يعادلها مع خبرة لا تقل عن 6 سنوات في صيانة النفط والغاز.
  • الحصول على شهادة صلاحية صالحة صادرة عن جهة اعتماد خارجية معترف بها أو معهد سعودي معتمد، تثبت مؤهلات الفرد وكفاءته لأداء الأعمال.
  • فهم تقني قوي لإدارة صيانة مرافق النفط والغاز.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • سلوك استباقي في السلامة.
  • معرفة قوية بصيانة وإصلاح الأنظمة الكهربائية.
  • معرفة جيدة بتصميم المعدات الكهربائية وتركيبها وصيانتها.
  • معرفة قوية بصيانة وإصلاح الأنظمة الميكانيكية والهيدروليكية الكهربائية.
  • معرفة جيدة بمبادئ الصيانة الوقائية والتنبؤية وإجراءات العمل.
  • معرفة قوية بالمعايير والإجراءات واللوائح لتطوير الأنشطة مع مراعاة الصحة والسلامة والحفاظ على البيئة.
  • مهارات تواصل وتعامل ممتازة مع الآخرين.
  • القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط والوفاء بالمواعيد النهائية الضيقة.
  • التآزر والقدرة على التعامل مع مهام متعددة.
  • إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية تحدثًا وكتابةً.

KBR is looking for Electrical Technician who can Execute activities of maintenance focused in compliance with the preventive and predictive maintenance plan and an efficient and effective development of breakdown maintenance on electrical systems, equipment and facilities within his area of influence, applying the best and safe maintenance practices.

Responsibilities

  • Execute day to-day electrical maintenance activities on all electrical systems plant, equipment and facilities within the designated area of responsibility.
  • Ensure, complies and applied SATORP's Safety and Quality procedures, during the execution of electrical maintenance activities.
  • Ensure a proper execution of work and check on the activities engaged in routine maintenance activities.
  • Carryout repairing and troubleshooting activities on electrical assets are carried out in timely and quality manner that helps increase the availability and reliability of these systems.
  • Receive work directions from the respective Electrical Supervisor, in relation to electrical systems maintenance orders/requests.
  • Follow-up on electrical maintenance work progress and submit regular progress reports to the respective Electrical Supervisor. Keep a record of daily maintenance works against planned maintenance programs and prepare work completion reports, where applicable.
  • Enforce SATORP’s policies, procedures and regulations and ensure that all safety measures and precautions are strictly considered and taken care of during conducting maintenance works.
  • Perform Preventive maintenance in HV and LV switchgear and control gears including testing of electronic protection relay, power circuit breaker, bus, bar contactors, motor starters, ATS.
  • Perform the readings of partial discharge capacitor in HV motor.
  • Perform on line analysis of current signature of motors.
  • Perform testing on all kinds of transformers
  • Support the switchgear operations in electrical substation when are request to do so
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by his respective Electrical Leader.
  • Proactive Safety aptitude and behavior.
  • Strong knowledge of maintaining and repairing Electrical systems.
  • Good knowledge in Electrical equipment design, installation and maintenance.
  • Strong knowledge of maintaining and repairing Mechanical and electro hydraulic systems
  • Good knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance principles and working procedures.
  • Strong knowledge of standards, procedures and regulation to develop activities taking care of Health, Safety and Environmental preservation
  • Strong communication and people skills.
  • Ability to perform work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Synergic and Capable of handling multiple tasks.
  • Good commands oral and written English.

Qualifications

  • High School
  • Diploma holder in Engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum 8 years’ experience in Oil & Gas maintenance - High School.
  • Minimum 6 years’ experience in Oil & Gas maintenance - Diploma.
  • Hold a valid certification issued by a recognized third-party certification body or an accredited Saudi institute, attesting to the individual’s qualifications and competency to perform the works.
  • Strong technical understanding of maintenance management of Oil & Gas Facilities
  • Well organized and proactive with excellent communication skills
