تعلن شركة KBR, Inc. عن توفر وظيفة فني دوار (Rotating Technician I) في مدينة الجبيل، المنطقة الشرقية، المملكة العربية السعودية، وتتطلب أن يكون المتقدم سعودي الجنسية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • توزيع أنشطة الصيانة على مختلف الفنيين وتجميع الفريق.
  • الإشراف على جميع الأعمال الجارية وتحديث التقدم للمشرف.
  • تنظيم موارد القوى العاملة والمعدات وتوافر المواد.
  • ترتيب تصاريح العمل اللازمة قبل بدء العمل.
  • تقديم المشورة الفنية للفنيين حول استخدام الأدوات والمعدات المناسبة.
  • التنسيق مع أقسام العمليات وتخطيط الصيانة والتقنية لتنفيذ وإنجاز المهمة.
  • ضمان الحفاظ على إدخال البيانات في SAP وسجل العمل والساعات الفعلية.
  • حضور اجتماعات متابعة الصيانة اليومية والأسبوعية.
  • الالتزام الصارم بمعايير وتوجيهات SATORP.
  • ضمان الامتثال لممارسات العمل الآمنة ولوائح الأعمال الخطرة واستخدام معدات الحماية الشخصية وفقاً لمعايير SATORP.
  • تشجيع الإبلاغ عن الحوادث الوشيكة والظروف والممارسات غير الآمنة.
  • المشاركة في عمليات تدقيق السلامة.
  • حضور التدريب على السلامة والفني حسب الجدول.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • خبرة لا تقل عن 7 سنوات في صيانة قطاع النفط والغاز - دبلوم.
  • فهم تقني قوي لإدارة صيانة مرافق النفط والغاز.
  • منظم واستباقي مع مهارات تواصل ممتازة.
  • مهارات قيادية مثبتة في المؤسسات الكبيرة.
  • نضج في اتخاذ القرار تحت الضغط والقدرة على حل المشكلات.
  • مهارات إدارة استراتيجية.
  • القدرة على تحقيق نتائج الأعمال في بيئة متعددة الثقافات.
  • المرونة للسفر دولياً والعيش في المملكة العربية السعودية.
  • يشترط أن يكون المتقدم سعودي الجنسية.

KBR is looking for ROTATING TECHNICIAN who Maintains Rotating equipment’s in good condition. Carryout installation, Maintenance and Repair of Rotating equipment’s and Mechanical systems to required standards.

  • In order to be considered candidate MUST be Saudi National ***

Responsibilities

  • Allocate maintenance activities to various Technicians and assemble the team.
  • Supervise all ongoing jobs and update the progress to Foreman.
  • Organize manpower resources, equipment’s and materials availability.
  • Arrange necessary work permits before starting of work.
  • Provide technical advice to Technicians to use proper tools and equipment’s.
  • Co-ordinate with Operations, Maintenance Planning and Technical departments to execute and complete the job.
  • Ensure that SAP data input, history and actual hours are maintained.
  • Attend daily and weekly maintenance progress meetings.
  • Maintain strict compliance with SATORP standards and guidelines.
  • Ensure the compliance of safe work practices, hazardous work regulations and PPE usage according to SATORP standards.
  • Encourage reporting of Near miss, unsafe conditions and acts.
  • Participates in Safety audits.
  • Attend the Safety and Technical training as scheduled.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 7 years’ experience in Oil & Gas maintenance - Diploma.
  • Strong technical understanding of maintenance management of Oil & Gas Facilities
  • Well organized and proactive with excellent communication skills
  • Proven leadership skills with large organizations
  • Maturity of judgment under pressure and ability to resolve problems
  • Strategic management skills
  • An ability to achieve business results working in a multi-cultural environment
  • Flexibility to travel internationally and live in KSA.
