شركة KBR, Inc. تبحث عن فني ثابت (Static Technician I) للعمل في الجبيل بالمنطقة الشرقية، المملكة العربية السعودية.

نبذة عن الوظيفة

يقوم الفني الثابت بصيانة المعدات الثابتة وأنظمة الأنابيب والحفاظ عليها بحالة جيدة، ويتولى أعمال التركيب والصيانة والإصلاح للمعدات الثابتة وأنظمة الأنابيب العملياتية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • استلام المهام والتعليمات والرسومات والمواصفات حسب الحاجة من المشرف وتنفيذ العمل.
  • قيادة فريق الفنيين.
  • استخدام الأدوات والمعدات المناسبة للعمل، وتشغيل الأدوات المتخصصة الثقيلة المسحوبة من مخزن الأدوات المركزي.
  • تشغيل أدوات آلية أساسية مثل الجلاخة والمنشار الكهربائي ومثقاب الضغط وآلة اللولبة وغيرها.
  • تنفيذ جميع أعمال التركيب والصيانة وفقاً لإجراءات وتعليمات SATORP.
  • إجراء الاختبارات اللازمة (هيدروليكي، هوائي، إلخ).
  • الحصول على تصاريح العمل اللازمة قبل بدء العمل.
  • الالتزام الصارم بمعايير السلامة الخاصة بـ SATORP.
  • التشاور مع المشرف بخصوص أي مشكلات فنية.
  • المحافظة على حسن التنظيم والنظافة أثناء العمل وبعد الانتهاء منه.
  • إنجاز المهام بجودة وفي الوقت المحدد وفقاً لمعايير الشركة ومتطلباتها.
  • الامتثال لجميع معايير وإجراءات السلامة والصحة والبيئة.
  • الإبلاغ عن جميع الحوادث الوشيكة والظروف والممارسات غير الآمنة.
  • حضور التدريبات المتعلقة بالسلامة والفنية حسب الجدول المقرر.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • شهادة الثانوية العامة أو دبلوم في الهندسة أو ما يعادلها.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 8 سنوات في صيانة قطاع النفط والغاز لحملة الثانوية العامة.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 6 سنوات في صيانة قطاع النفط والغاز لحملة الدبلوم.
  • شهادة اعتماد سارية صادرة عن جهة تصديق خارجية معترف بها أو معهد سعودي معتمد، تثبت مؤهلات الفرد وكفاءته لأداء الأعمال.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • فهم تقني قوي لإدارة الصيانة في منشآت النفط والغاز.
  • منظم واستباقي ويمتلك مهارات تواصل ممتازة.

KBR is looking for STATIC TECHNICIAN who maintains Static equipment’s and Piping systems in good condition. Carryout installation, Maintenance and Repair of Static equipment’s and Process Piping systems.

Responsibilities

  • Receives jobs, work instructions, drawing, and specification as required from Supervisor and perform work.
  • Leading the team of Technicians.
  • Use right tools and equipment for the job and operate heavy duty specialized tools taken from Central tool room.
  • Operate basic machine tools such as grinder, power saw, drill press, threading machine, etc.
  • Perform all the installation and Maintenance works as per SATORP procedures and guidelines.
  • Carryout necessary testing (Hydro, Pneumatic, etc.)
  • Receive necessary work permits before starting of work...
  • Maintain strict compliance with SATORP safety standards.
  • Consult with Supervisor for any technical issues.
  • Perform good Housekeeping during and after completion of jobs.
  • Achieve completion of jobs to quality and schedule according to company standard and requirements.
  • Comply with all Safety, health and environment standards and procedures.
  • Report all Near misses, unsafe conditions and acts.
  • Attend the Safety and Technical training as scheduled.

Qualifications

  • High School
  • Diploma holder in Engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum 8 years’ experience in Oil & Gas maintenance - High School.
  • Minimum 6 years’ experience in Oil & Gas maintenance - Diploma.
  • Hold a valid certification issued by a recognized third-party certification body or an accredited Saudi institute, attesting to the individual’s qualifications and competency to perform the works.
  • Strong technical understanding of maintenance management of Oil & Gas Facilities
  • Well organized and proactive with excellent communication skills
