شركة KBR, Inc. تعلن عن وظيفة أخصائي معدات دوارة (Rotating Equipment Specialist) في الجبيل، المنطقة الشرقية، السعودية، ضمن فريق حلول التكنولوجيا المستدامة (STS).

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • استلام المهام وتعليمات العمل والرسومات والمواصفات من المشرف وتنفيذ العمل وفقًا لها.
  • استخدام الأدوات والمعدات المناسبة للعمل، وتشغيل الأدوات المتخصصة الثقيلة المستلمة من غرفة الأدوات المركزية.
  • تشغيل أدوات الآلات الأساسية مثل الجلاخة والمنشار الكهربائي والمثقاب وآلة اللولبة وغيرها.
  • تنفيذ جميع أعمال التركيب والصيانة وفقًا لإجراءات وتعليمات SATORP.
  • إجراء الاختبارات اللازمة (الهيدروليكي، الهوائي، إلخ).
  • الحصول على تصاريح العمل اللازمة قبل بدء العمل.
  • الالتزام الصارم بمعايير السلامة الخاصة بـ SATORP.
  • المحافظة على النظافة الجيدة أثناء وبعد إنجاز المهام.
  • إنجاز المهام وفقًا للجودة والجدول الزمني المطلوبين وفقًا لمعايير الشركة ومتطلباتها.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • دبلوم في الهندسة أو بكالوريوس في الهندسة.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 12 سنة في صيانة قطاع النفط والغاز لحملة الدبلوم.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في صيانة قطاع النفط والغاز لحملة البكالوريوس.
  • خبرة متخصصة في المعدات الدوارة (Rotating Equipment).

المهارات المطلوبة

  • مهارات تنظيمية واستباقية ممتازة مع قدرات تواصل عالية.
  • مهارات قيادية مثبتة في العمل مع المؤسسات الكبيرة.
  • تفكير استراتيجي وانفتاح على الأفكار الجديدة.
  • القدرة على تحقيق نتائج الأعمال في بيئة متعددة الثقافات.

Rotating Equipment Specialist

KBR is looking for a Maintenance Mechanic, Foreman

Responsibilities

  • Receives jobs, work instructions, drawing, and specification as required from Supervisor and perform work.
  • Use right tools and equipment for the job and operate heavy-duty specialized tools taken from Central tool room.
  • Operate basic machine tools such as grinder, power saw, drill press, threading machine, etc.
  • Perform all the installation and Maintenance works as per SATORP procedures and guidelines.
  • Carryout necessary testing (Hydro, Pneumatic, etc.)
  • Receive necessary work permits before starting of work...
  • Maintain strict compliance with SATORP safety standards.
  • Perform good Housekeeping during and after completion of jobs.
  • Achieve completion of jobs to quality and schedule according to company standards and requirements.

Qualifications

  • Diploma in engineering
  • Bachelor Degree in engineering
  • Minimum 12 years’ experience in Oil & Gas maintenance - Diploma.
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in Oil & Gas maintenance - Degree.
  • Expert in Rotating Equipment
  • Well organized and proactive with excellent communication skills
  • Proven leadership skills with large organizations
  • Strategic thinking, open to new ideas
  • An ability to achieve business results working in a multi-cultural environment
