تعلن شركة KBR, Inc. عن توفر وظيفة مشرف معدات (Equipment Supervisor) في الجبيل، المنطقة الشرقية، السعودية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • إعداد تعليمات العمل لفريق المعدات والرفع.
  • تنسيق جميع عمليات الرفع الثقيل والمعدات في الموقع.
  • ضمان أن تكون معدات الرفع في حالة تشغيل آمنة.
  • الإشراف على فريق الرفع.
  • الإشراف على فريق المعدات الثقيلة.
  • إظهار كفاءة وسلوك استباقي في السلامة.
  • ضمان امتلاك الأفراد للمهارات والتدريب وجميع الموارد والمعدات والأدوات اللازمة لتنفيذ أنشطة الصيانة الروتينية بطريقة آمنة وفعالة وفقًا لشروط العقد.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في صيانة النفط والغاز - شهادة ثانوية عامة.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 8 سنوات في صيانة النفط والغاز - شهادة دبلوم.
  • فهم تقني قوي لإدارة صيانة مرافق النفط والغاز.
  • منظم واستباقي ويمتلك مهارات تواصل ممتازة.
  • مهارات قيادية مثبتة في المؤسسات الكبيرة.
  • نضج في الحكم تحت الضغط والقدرة على حل المشكلات.
  • مهارات إدارة استراتيجية.
  • القدرة على تحقيق نتائج الأعمال في بيئة متعددة الثقافات.
  • مرونة للسفر دولياً والعيش في المملكة العربية السعودية.

KBR is looking for Equipment Supervisor

Responsibilities

  • Be able to prepare job instructions to the equipment and lifting team
  • Coordinate all heavy lifts and equipment on site.
  • Ensure Lifting equipment is in safe working use.
  • Supervise a lifting team
  • Supervise a heavy equipment team
  • Proactive Safety aptitude and behavior.
  • Ensure that personnel have the skills, training and all needed resources, equipment’s and tools to conduct routine maintenance activities in safe and effectively manner, according to the contract terms and conditions.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in Oil & Gas maintenance - High School
  • Minimum 8 years’ experience in Oil & Gas maintenance - Diploma
  • Strong technical understanding of maintenance management of Oil & Gas Facilities
  • Well organized and proactive with excellent communication skills
  • Proven leadership skills with large organizations
  • Maturity of judgment under pressure and ability to resolve problems
  • Strategic management skills
  • An ability to achieve business results working in a multi-cultural environment
  • Flexibility to travel internationally and live in KSA
