شركة Parsons Corporation تبحث عن مهندس موقع (سعودي الجنسية) للانضمام إلى فريقها في الرياض، حيث سيتولى مسؤولية مراقبة أنشطة الموقع، وإجراء التفتيش، وضمان الامتثال للرسومات والمواصفات المعتمدة، ومتابعة التقدم، ودعم تسليم المشاريع وفقاً لمتطلبات الجودة والسلامة والجدول الزمني.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • الإشراف على أنشطة البناء اليومية وضمان الامتثال للرسومات والمواصفات ومتطلبات المشروع المعتمدة.
  • إجراء تفتيش الموقع ومعاينة طلبات التفتيش (IRs) للتحقق من جودة الأعمال.
  • مراقبة أداء المقاول، وجودة العمل، والالتزام بأساليب العمل المعتمدة.
  • تتبع تقدم البناء وتحديد أي تأخير أو مشكلات محتملة.
  • التنسيق مع المقاولين والاستشاريين وأصحاب المصلحة في المشروع لحل الأمور المتعلقة بالموقع.
  • الإبلاغ عن حالات عدم المطابقة ومتابعة الإجراءات التصحيحية.
  • الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة للموقع، وتقارير التفتيش، وتقارير التقدم اليومي.
  • ضمان الامتثال لمتطلبات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة (HSE) وتعزيز ممارسات العمل الآمنة في الموقع.
  • حضور اجتماعات التنسيق ومتابعة التقدم حسب الحاجة.
  • دعم أنشطة تسليم المشروع وتفتيش الإغلاق.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو أي تخصص هندسي ذي صلة.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 4 سنوات في الإشراف على الإنشاءات أو الهندسة الميدانية.
  • خبرة في عمليات التفتيش ومراقبة الجودة ومتابعة التقدم.
  • فهم جيد للرسومات الإنشائية والمواصفات والكودات والمعايير ذات الصلة.
  • مهارات تواصل وتنسيق وحل مشكلات قوية.
  • إتقان استخدام Microsoft Office؛ والمعرفة ببرامج إدارة المشاريع ميزة إضافية.
  • طلاقة في اللغة الإنجليزية؛ والعربية ميزة إضافية.
  • خبرة في العمل على مشاريع بناء أو بنية تحتية واسعة النطاق.
  • خبرة مع الاستشاريين أو مؤسسات إدارة المشاريع مفضلة.
  • الإلمام بإجراءات ضمان الجودة ومراقبة الجودة (QA/QC) ووثائق التفتيش.

Job Description

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Site Engineer to join our team! In this role you will be responsible for monitoring site activities, conducting inspections, ensuring compliance with approved drawings and specifications, tracking progress, and supporting the delivery of projects in accordance with quality, safety, and schedule requirements.

What Required Skills You'll Bring

  • Supervise daily construction activities and ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
  • Conduct site inspections and witness inspection requests (IRs) to verify the quality of works.
  • Monitor contractor performance, workmanship, and adherence to approved method statements.
  • Track construction progress and identify delays or potential issues.
  • Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders to resolve site-related matters
  • Report non-conformances and follow up on corrective actions.
  • Maintain accurate site records, inspection reports, and daily progress reports.
  • Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and promote safe working practices on site.
  • Attend coordination and progress meetings as required.
  • Support project handover activities and close-out inspections.


What Desired Skills You'll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in construction supervision or site engineering.
  • Experience with inspection processes, quality control, and progress monitoring.
  • Good understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and relevant codes and standards.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of project management software is an advantage.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
  • Experience working on large-scale building or infrastructure projects.
  • Experience with consultants or project management organizations is preferred.
  • Familiarity with QA/QC procedures and inspection documentation.
