شركة Parsons Corporation تبحث عن مدير لرأس هندسة المؤسسات (Head of Enterprise Architecture) للعمل في تبوك، المملكة العربية السعودية، ضمن مشروع عالمي طموح.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تحديد وصيانة استراتيجية هندسة المؤسسات الشاملة والخرائط المستهدفة والخطط الزمنية عبر مجالات الأعمال والبيانات والتطبيقات والتقنية.
  • الإشراف على دمج النظم البيئية المعقدة، بما في ذلك منصات المدن الذكية وشبكات إنترنت الأشياء والبنية التحتية المدعومة بالذكاء الاصطناعي والأنظمة المؤسسية واسعة النطاق (ERP, GIS, BIM).
  • إنشاء وترؤس مجلس مراجعة هندسة المؤسسات لضمان امتثال جميع المبادرات التقنية للمعايير العالمية وأطر الأمن السيبراني والحوكمة الخاصة بالمشروع.
  • العمل كمستشار رقمي موثوق لكبار التنفيذيين في الجهة العميلة والجهات الحكومية وشركاء التسليم، وترجمة الرؤى التقنية المعقدة إلى نتائج أعمال واضحة.
  • تقييم التقنيات الناشئة (مثل الحوسبة الطرفية والاتصال من الجيل التالي وسلسلة الكتل) لتعزيز الكفاءة التشغيلية والاستدامة وضمان استمرارية المشروع مستقبلاً.
  • قيادة وتوجيه فريق عالي الأداء من مهندسي الحلول والبيانات والبنية التحتية، وتعزيز ثقافة الابتكار والتميز.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • خبرة لا تقل عن 20 عاماً في مجال تقنية المعلومات والتقنية، مع 8-10 سنوات على الأقل في منصب قيادي في هندسة المؤسسات يشرف على برامج ضخمة أو مشاريع عملاقة أو تطويرات مدن ذكية.
  • درجة البكالوريوس أو الماجستير في علوم الحاسب أو تقنية المعلومات أو هندسة البرمجيات أو مجال ذي صلة.
  • شهادات احترافية مثل TOGAF 9.x أو Certified Enterprise Architect (CEA) أو Zachman أو Scaled Agile (SAFe) مفضلة بشدة.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • خبرة عميقة في البنى السحابية الأصلية (AWS, Azure) وبيانات المصفوفة/التحليلات وتكامل إنترنت الأشياء/التقنيات التشغيلية وبيئات التوأم الرقمي واسعة النطاق.
  • مهارات قيادية استثنائية وفطنة سياسية وقدرة على سرد القصص للتأثير على كبار المسؤولين التنفيذيين ومواءمة الفرق متعددة الثقافات.

Job Description

Parsons is seeking a visionary Head of Enterprise Architecture to define, design, and govern the overarching technology and digital ecosystem for a world-defining Giga project in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia. In this executive-level role, you will lead the strategic alignment of IT, OT (Operational Technology), smart city infrastructure, and business capabilities. You will architect a resilient, scalable, and cutting-edge digital blueprint that powers one of the most ambitious sustainable developments on the planet.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Strategic Architecture Blueprint: Define and maintain the holistic Enterprise Architecture (EA) strategy, target architectures, and roadmaps across business, data, applications, and technology domains.
  • Giga-Scale Integration: Oversee the integration of complex ecosystems, including Smart City platforms, IoT networks, AI-driven infrastructure, and large-scale enterprise systems (ERP, GIS, BIM).
  • Governance & Compliance: Establish and chair the Enterprise Architecture Review Board, ensuring all technological initiatives comply with global standards, cybersecurity frameworks, and project-specific governance.
  • Executive Stakeholder Management: Act as the trusted digital advisor to client executives, government entities, and delivery partners, translating complex technical visions into clear business outcomes.
  • Innovation & R&D: Evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., edge computing, next-gen connectivity, blockchain) to drive operational efficiency, sustainability, and future-proof project delivery.
  • Leadership & Capability Building: Direct and mentor a high-performing team of solution, data, and infrastructure architects, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.


What Required Skills You'll Bring

  • Experience: Minimum of 20 years of progressive IT and technology experience, with at least 8-10 years in a senior architecture leadership role overseeing multi-billion-dollar programs, mega-projects, or smart city developments.
  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Certifications: TOGAF 9.x/Certified Enterprise Architect (CEA), Zachman, or Scaled Agile (SAFe) certifications are highly preferred.


What Desired Skills You'll Bring

  • Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure), data mesh/analytics, IoT/OT integration, and large-scale digital twin environments.
