المهام والمسؤوليات

  • مساعدة فرق إدارة المشاريع والبرامج في تنفيذ والحفاظ على برامج الصحة والسلامة والبيئة (SH&E) وفقاً لمتطلبات المشروع والمعايير المؤسسية.
  • دعم إدارة خطط السلامة والصحة والبيئة الخاصة بكل موقع لضمان الامتثال للمتطلبات التنظيمية ومتطلبات العميل والشركة.
  • إجراء مراجعات تدقيقية للمشاريع ومواقع العمل للتحقق من الامتثال لمعايير وإجراءات وأفضل ممارسات الشركة في مجال السلامة والصحة والبيئة.
  • القيام بتفتيش ميداني لتحديد المخاطر وتقديم التوجيه لفرق المشروع بشأن إزالة المخاطر وإجراءات التخفيف منها.
  • إعداد وتقديم تقارير التدقيق والتفتيش والتوصيات المتعلقة بالإجراءات التصحيحية والوقائية.
  • مراقبة تخطيط المشاريع وتنفيذ الأعمال لضمان الامتثال لنظام إدارة البيئة والسلامة والصحة والمخاطر (ESHARP) الخاص بشركة Parsons.
  • دعم تنفيذ عمليات الإبلاغ عن الحوادث والتحقيق فيها وإدارة الإصابات المهنية.
  • تحليل الاتجاهات المتعلقة بالتدقيق والتفتيش والحوادث وملاحظات السلامة، وإعداد تقارير تدعم مبادرات التحسين المستمر.
  • المساعدة في إجراء دورات التوعية السلامة للموظفين الجدد وأنشطة الإدماج الوظيفي.
  • تقديم برامج تدريبية في مجال الصحة والسلامة والبيئة ونشر أفضل الممارسات عبر فرق المشروع.
  • الحفاظ على سجلات ووثائق تدريب السلامة بدقة.
  • المشاركة في جلسات التوعية الدورية واجتماعات السلامة (toolbox talks) وجلسات توعية القوى العاملة.
  • التعاون مع فرق المشروع والمقاولين والعملاء وأصحاب المصلحة لتعزيز ثقافة السلامة الإيجابية وضمان الامتثال لمتطلبات السلامة.
  • دعم أنشطة التأهب للطوارئ والمساهمة في تحسين أداء السلامة في المشروع.
  • أداء المهام الأخرى المرتبطة بالوظيفة حسب الحاجة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في السلامة والصحة المهنية أو مجال ذي صلة (أو خبرة معادلة).
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في أدوار الصحة والسلامة والبيئة (HSE/SH&E).
  • معرفة عملية باللوائح والمتطلبات وإجراءات الإبلاغ المتعلقة بالصحة والسلامة والبيئة.
  • معرفة بالمعايير وأفضل الممارسات المرتبطة بالسلامة مثل ANSI وNFPA وما يماثلها.
  • خبرة في إجراء التفتيشات السلامة والمراجعات وتقييم المخاطر والتحقيق في الحوادث.
  • خبرة في تقديم برامج التدريب والتوعية في مجال السلامة.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • مهارات تحليلية وإعداد تقارير قوية وقدرة على حل المشكلات.
  • مهارات ممتازة في التواصل الشفهي والكتابي.
  • مهارات تواصل شخصية عالية والقدرة على العمل بفعالية مع فرق متعددة التخصصات وأصحاب المصلحة.
  • القدرة على تحديد المخاطر وتنفيذ إجراءات تصحيحية ووقائية عملية.
  • (مرغوب) شهادات مهنية في السلامة.
  • (مرغوب) خبرة في مشاريع البنية التحتية الكبرى أو النقل أو السكك الحديدية أو التشييد.
  • (مرغوب) معرفة بمنهجيات إدارة المخاطر وأنظمة إدارة السلامة المهنية.
  • (مرغوب) خبرة في العمل في بيئات مشاريع متعددة الثقافات وسريعة الوتيرة.

Job Description

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented HS&E Specialist (Saudi National) to join our team!

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Assist Project and Program Management teams in implementing and maintaining Safety, Health, and Environmental (SH&E) programs in accordance with project requirements and corporate standards.
  • Support the administration of site-specific SH&E plans to ensure compliance with regulatory, client, and company requirements.
  • Conduct audits of projects and worksites to verify compliance with corporate SH&E standards, procedures, and best practices.
  • Perform site inspections to identify hazards and provide guidance to project personnel on hazard elimination and risk mitigation measures.
  • Prepare and submit audit reports, inspection reports, and recommendations for corrective and preventive actions.
  • Monitor project planning and work execution to ensure compliance with Parsons’ Environmental, Safety, Health, and Risk Program (ESHARP) management system.
  • Support the implementation of incident reporting, investigation, and occupational injury management processes.
  • Analyze trends related to audits, inspections, incidents, and safety observations, and prepare reports to support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Assist with new employee safety inductions and onboarding activities.
  • Deliver SH&E training programs and promote industry best practices across project teams.
  • Maintain accurate SH&E training records and documentation.
  • Participate in routine safety briefings, toolbox talks, and workforce awareness sessions.
  • Collaborate with project teams, contractors, clients, and stakeholders to promote a positive safety culture and ensure compliance with safety requirements.
  • Support emergency preparedness activities and contribute to continuous improvement of project safety performance.
  • Perform other responsibilities associated with the position as required.


What Required Skills You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Safety and Health or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE/SH&E) roles.
  • Working knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations, requirements, and reporting procedures.
  • Knowledge of safety-related industry standards and best practices, including ANSI, NFPA, and similar standards.
  • Experience conducting safety inspections, audits, hazard assessments, and incident investigations.
  • Experience delivering safety training and awareness programs.
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to identify risks and implement practical corrective and preventive actions.


What Desired Skills You’ll Bring

  • Professional safety certifications are an advantage.
  • Experience on major infrastructure, transportation, rail, or construction projects.
  • Knowledge of risk management methodologies and occupational safety management systems.
  • Experience working in multicultural and fast-paced project environments.
