شركة Parsons Corporation تبحث عن مهندس ميكانيكي (سعودي الجنسية) للانضمام إلى فريقها في الرياض.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تقديم الدعم الهندسي والفني لجميع الأعمال الميكانيكية المنفذة في الموقع.
  • تنفيذ ومراقبة أنشطة البناء الميكانيكي وفقًا للرسومات المعتمدة وطرق التنفيذ ومواصفات المشروع ومتطلبات السلامة.
  • مراجعة الرسومات التفصيلية الميكانيكية للمقاولين بالتنسيق مع التخصصات الإنشائية والمعمارية والكهربائية لضمان التكامل والامتثال.
  • إجراء عمليات تفتيش دورية للموقع وتقييم أداء المقاولين لضمان الجودة والامتثال لمتطلبات المشروع.
  • دعم وتوجيه مفتشي الموقع في المسائل الهندسية الميكانيكية والمساعدة في حل المشكلات الفنية.
  • العمل عن كثب مع مفتشي الموقع للحفاظ على سجلات الفحص والاختبار (ITRs) كاملة ودقيقة.
  • مراجعة أنشطة تحضير الموقع والأعمال المؤقتة للتحقق من الامتثال لوثائق العقد ومعايير المشروع.
  • الإشراف على التركيبات الميكانيكية ومراقبة جداول البناء المتعلقة بأعمال MEP.
  • تحديد المشكلات الفنية المتعلقة بأنظمة التكييف والتهوية (HVAC) وأنظمة إدارة الدخان والسباكة وأنظمة مكافحة الحرائق والسلالم المتحركة والمصاعد وغيرها من الخدمات الميكانيكية والإبلاغ عنها والمساعدة في حلها.
  • تتبع العيوب الميكانيكية وقائمة النقاط العالقة (snags/punch-list) وضمان اتخاذ الإجراءات التصحيحية في الوقت المناسب من قبل المقاولين.
  • مراجعة وتقديم ملاحظات حول نتائج اختبار وتشغيل الأنظمة الميكانيكية.
  • حضور اجتماعات المشروع واجتماعات تقدم العمل واجتماعات التنسيق الفني مع العملاء وأصحاب المصلحة.
  • مراقبة الامتثال لمتطلبات السلامة والصحة والبيئة والأمن في الموقع.
  • المساعدة في تخطيط وتسلسل أنشطة البناء وفقًا لخطة الجودة للمشروع.
  • مراقبة تقدم العمل ودعم التحقق من مدفوعات التقدم وتقارير الجدولة.
  • مراجعة طلبات التغيير الميدانية (FCRs) وتقديم مدخلات فنية بخصوص المتغيرات والمطالبات الميكانيكية.
  • تنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية لمعالجة التأخيرات ودعم إنجاز أهداف المشروع في الوقت المحدد.
  • إعداد التقارير اليومية وتقارير التفتيش والتقديرات والوثائق الأخرى حسب الحاجة.
  • المشاركة في التفتيش النهائي وأنشطة إغلاق المشروع (snagging) وعمليات التسليم.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة بكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو تخصص ذي صلة من مؤسسة معتمدة.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في موقع العمل على مشاريع إنشائية تتضمن أنظمة ميكانيكية.
  • خبرة واسعة في أنظمة التكييف والتهوية (HVAC) وأنظمة إدارة الدخان والسباكة وأنظمة مكافحة الحرائق والسلالم المتحركة والمصاعد.
  • قدرة قوية على قراءة وتنفيذ الرسومات الميكانيكية والوثائق الفنية.
  • فهم جيد للرسومات الهندسية والواجهات متعددة التخصصات وعمليات البناء.
  • معرفة جيدة بممارسات إدارة الموقع ومتطلبات سلامة البناء وإجراءات مراقبة الجودة.
  • مهارات تقنية وتنظيمية وحل المشكلات قوية.
  • القدرة على التنسيق بفعالية مع المقاولين والاستشاريين والعملاء والفرق متعددة التخصصات.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • يفضل خبرة سابقة في مشاريع دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي.
  • يفضل خبرة في مشاريع السكك الحديدية أو المترو أو النقل أو البنية التحتية للنقل.
  • يفضل خبرة في دعم أعمال البناء الميكانيكي والتشطيبات في بيئات المشاريع المعقدة.

Job Description

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Mechanical Engineer (Saudi National) to join our team!

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Provide engineering and technical support for all mechanical works performed on site.
  • Implement and monitor mechanical construction activities in accordance with approved drawings, method statements, project specifications, and safety requirements.
  • Review contractor mechanical shop drawings in coordination with structural, architectural, and electrical disciplines to ensure proper integration and compliance.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and evaluate subcontractor performance to ensure quality and compliance with project requirements.
  • Support and guide site inspectors on mechanical engineering matters and assist in resolving technical issues.
  • Work closely with site inspectors to maintain complete and accurate Inspection and Test Records (ITRs).
  • Review site preparation activities and temporary works to verify compliance with contract documents and project standards.
  • Supervise mechanical installations and monitor contractor construction schedules related to MEP works.
  • Identify, report, and assist in resolving technical issues related to HVAC, smoke management systems, plumbing, firefighting systems, escalators, elevators, and other mechanical services.
  • Maintain and track mechanical defects, snags, and punch-list items, ensuring timely corrective action by contractors.
  • Review and provide comments on testing and commissioning results for mechanical systems.
  • Attend project meetings, site progress meetings, and technical coordination meetings with clients and project stakeholders.
  • Monitor compliance with site safety, health, environmental, and security requirements.
  • Assist in planning and sequencing construction activities in accordance with the Project Quality Plan.
  • Monitor work progress and support verification for progress payments and schedule reporting.
  • Review Field Change Requests (FCRs) and provide technical input regarding mechanical-related variations and claims.
  • Implement corrective actions to address delays and support timely completion of project objectives.
  • Prepare daily reports, inspection reports, estimates, and other project documentation as required.
  • Participate in final inspections, snagging activities, and project closeout processes.


What Required Skills You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant site-based experience on construction projects involving mechanical systems.
  • Extensive experience with HVAC systems, smoke management systems, plumbing, firefighting systems, escalators, and elevators.
  • Strong ability to interpret and execute mechanical drawings and technical documentation.
  • Sound understanding of engineering drawings, multidisciplinary interfaces, and construction processes.
  • Good knowledge of site management practices, construction safety requirements, and quality control procedures.
  • Strong technical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to coordinate effectively with contractors, consultants, clients, and multidisciplinary teams.


What Desired Skills You’ll Bring

  • Previous GCC project experience.
  • Experience working on rail, metro, transit, or transportation infrastructure projects.
  • Experience supporting mechanical construction and fit-out activities within complex project environments.
