تتطلع شركة بارسونز (Parsons Corporation) إلى توظيف مهندس إشارات (أنظمة) للانضمام إلى فريقها في الرياض، السعودية، للمساهمة في مشاريع السكك الحديدية الكبرى.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • العمل عن كثب مع فريق إشارات CBTC الخاص بمقاول التصميم والبناء لضمان تسليم حلول الإشارات وفقاً لمتطلبات العقد وأهداف الأداء والجداول الزمنية للمشروع.
  • إدارة ومراقبة أنشطة مقاولي الإشارات والمقاولين من الباطن، مع تقديم الإشراف الفني والدعم في حل المشكلات الحرجة المتعلقة بالتركيب والتشغيل.
  • ضمان تركيب واختبار وتشغيل أنظمة الإشارات وجميع الواجهات المرتبطة بها وفقاً للتصاميم والمواصفات والمتطلبات التعاقدية المعتمدة.
  • مراجعة الرسومات الإنشائية ورسومات الورش والطروحات الفنية المتعلقة بأنظمة إشارات CBTC وأنظمة الإشارات الاحتياطية.
  • مراجعة مقترحات المقاولين من الباطن وتقييم النطاق والقدرة الفنية وتوفر الموارد والخبرات ذات الصلة وكفاءة القوى العاملة وملاءمة المعدات.
  • مراجعة بيانات الطرق وإجراءات التركيب والاختبار وخطط التشغيل المقدمة من المقاولين والمقاولين من الباطن.
  • مراجعة وثائق نظام الإشارات بما في ذلك التصاميم وخطط التنفيذ وخطط تركيب المعدات وخطط الاختبار والتشغيل.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الإلكترونية أو الهندسة الكهربائية أو تخصص ذي صلة.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في تركيب واختبار وتشغيل نظام إشارات CBTC في مشاريع المترو واسعة النطاق.
  • خبرة مثبتة في تصميم إشارات السكك الحديدية وتركيبها واختبار الأنظمة وتشغيلها وصيانتها في بيئات المترو أو السكك الحديدية للركاب.
  • خبرة في أدوار الإشراف الاستشاري وإدارة المقاولين، بما في ذلك الإدارة التعاقدية والمراسلات الفنية.
  • مهارات قيادة قوية وتنسيق وإدارة أصحاب المصلحة.
  • وعي تجاري جيد وفهم لمتطلبات تسليم المشروع.
  • مهارات ممتازة في الكتابة والتحدث باللغة الإنجليزية.
  • القدرة على التواصل والتعاون بفعالية مع فرق المشروع متعددة التخصصات والجنسيات.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • مؤهلات معترف بها في صناعة السكك الحديدية مثل شهادة IRSE أو ما يعادلها.
  • معرفة بنظام التحكم في القطارات المعتمد على الاتصالات (CBTC) والتحكم الآلي في القطارات (ATC) وأنظمة الإشارات الجانبية.
  • خبرة سابقة في مشاريع دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي.
  • خبرة في مشاريع المترو أو السكك الحديدية أو مشاريع البنية التحتية للنقل الكبرى.

Job Description

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Signaling Engineer (Systems) to join our team!

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Work closely with the Design-Build (DB) Contractor’s CBTC signaling team to ensure successful delivery of the signaling solution in accordance with contract requirements, performance targets, and project schedules.
  • Manage and monitor the activities of signaling contractors and subcontractors, providing technical oversight and support in resolving critical installation and commissioning issues.
  • Ensure that signaling systems and all associated interfaces are installed, tested, and commissioned in accordance with approved designs, specifications, and contractual requirements.
  • Review construction drawings, shop drawings, and technical submissions related to CBTC signaling systems and fallback signaling systems.
  • Review subcontractor proposals and assess scope, technical capability, resource availability, relevant experience, workforce competency, and equipment suitability.
  • Review method statements, installation procedures, testing procedures, and commissioning plans submitted by contractors and subcontractors.
  • Review signaling system documentation, including designs, implementation plans, equipment installation plans, testing plans, and commissioning plans.
  • Monitor signaling system interfaces and integration activities with other railway systems and disciplines, including platform screen doors.
  • Prepare technical reports related to signaling installation, testing, and commissioning activities, including issue analysis, findings, and recommendations.
  • Monitor and report project progress against schedule, budget, specifications, and performance requirements.
  • Support project teams in resolving technical, contractual, and operational challenges related to signaling systems.


What Required Skills You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in CBTC signaling system installation, testing, and commissioning on large-scale metro projects.
  • Demonstrated experience in rail signaling design, installation, system testing, commissioning, operations, and maintenance within metro or commuter rail environments.
  • Experience in consultant supervision and contractor management roles, including contractual administration and technical correspondence.
  • Strong leadership, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Good commercial awareness and understanding of project delivery requirements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with multidisciplinary and multinational project teams.


What Desired Skills You’ll Bring

  • Rail industry-recognized qualifications such as IRSE certification or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of Communication-Based Train Control (CBTC), Automatic Train Control (ATC), and Trackside Signaling systems.
  • Previous GCC project experience.
  • Experience on metro, railway, or major transportation infrastructure projects.
