شركة Parsons Corporation تبحث عن مهندس محاذاة (تصميم) للانضمام إلى فريقها في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية. هذه فرصة للعمل في بيئة مبتكرة تدعم النمو المهني وتحقيق الإمكانات الكاملة.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • قيادة وتنسيق عملية تصميم محاذاة السكك الحديدية من المفهوم إلى التصميم التفصيلي، مع ضمان حلول آمنة وفعالة من حيث التكلفة.
  • الإشراف على دراسات اختيار المسار وتقييم القيود الفنية والبيئية والاجتماعية والتشغيلية وقابلية الإنشاء.
  • مراجعة والموافقة على مقترحات المحاذاة الأفقية والرأسية وفقًا للمعايير الدولية والمحلية المعمول بها.
  • التنسيق الوثيق مع فرق التصميم المدني والمسار والهياكل والأنظمة والجيوتقنية والبيئية ومتعددة التخصصات لضمان تكامل تسليم المشروع.
  • إدارة الواجهات مع فرق اكتساب الأراضي وأصحاب المصلحة والجهات التنظيمية والأطراف الثالثة لدعم جدوى المحاذاة وأهداف المشروع.
  • ضمان التنسيق الفعال بين فرق البنية التحتية وجميع الجهات المشاركة في عملية التصميم والتسليم.
  • مراجعة والتحقق من تقارير المحاذاة والرسومات والنماذج والمخرجات الفنية لضمان الجودة والامتثال والدقة.
  • تنفيذ وصيانة عمليات ضمان الجودة ومراقبة الجودة لجميع مخرجات التصميم المتعلقة بالمحاذاة.
  • المشاركة في الاجتماعات الفنية وورش العمل ومراجعات التصميم والزيارات الميدانية، وتمثيل قضايا هندسة المحاذاة وحل المخاوف الفنية.
  • تحديد وإدارة المخاطر المتعلقة بالمحاذاة ودعم استراتيجيات التخفيف الاستباقية طوال دورة حياة المشروع.
  • إدارة تغييرات التصميم وضمان التوثيق السليم وإمكانية التتبع وحوكمة القرارات الفنية.
  • تعزيز الابتكار ومبادرات الهندسة القيمية لتحسين حلول التصميم ونتائج المشروع.
  • دعم فرق المشروع في حل تحديات المحاذاة وتصميم الممرات المعقدة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو هندسة السكك الحديدية أو تخصص ذي صلة.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في تصميم مسار ومحاذاة السكك الحديدية لمشاريع السكك الحديدية الكبرى أو البنية التحتية الخطية.
  • خبرة في تسليم مشاريع السكك الحديدية التقليدية واسعة النطاق أو مشاريع السكك الحديدية لمسافات طويلة.
  • معرفة قوية بمعايير تصميم السكك الحديدية الدولية ومبادئ المحاذاة ومتطلبات هندسة المسار.
  • خبرة في إدارة واجهات التصميم متعددة التخصصات والتنسيق مع مجموعة واسعة من أصحاب المصلحة في المشروع.
  • إتقان استخدام برامج تصميم ونمذجة المحاذاة مثل Bentley Rail Track وOpenRail وCivil 3D وMXROAD أو منصات مماثلة.
  • مهارات قيادية وتواصلية وتنظيمية قوية وإدارة أصحاب المصلحة.
  • قدرات تحليلية وحل مشكلات ممتازة مع اهتمام كبير بالتفاصيل.
  • القدرة على إدارة الأولويات المتنافسة ودعم تسليم المشروع ضمن متطلبات الجدول الزمني والجودة.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • درجة الماجستير في الهندسة المدنية أو هندسة السكك الحديدية أو تخصص ذي صلة.
  • خبرة في العمل على برامج البنية التحتية الكبرى للسكك الحديدية أو المترو أو النقل العام.
  • فهم قوي لتطوير ممرات السكك الحديدية وتحسين المسار وتكامل البنية التحتية.

Job Description

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Alignment Engineer (Design) to join our team!

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead and coordinate the railway alignment design process from concept through detailed design, ensuring safe, efficient, and cost-effective solutions.
  • Oversee route selection studies and evaluate technical, environmental, social, operational, and constructability constraints.
  • Review and approve horizontal and vertical alignment proposals in accordance with applicable international and local standards.
  • Coordinate closely with civil, track, structures, systems, geotechnical, environmental, and multidisciplinary design teams to ensure integrated project delivery.
  • Manage interfaces with land acquisition teams, stakeholders, regulatory authorities, and third parties to support alignment feasibility and project objectives.
  • Ensure effective coordination between infrastructure teams and all entities involved in the design and delivery process.
  • Review and validate alignment reports, drawings, models, and technical deliverables to ensure quality, compliance, and accuracy.
  • Implement and maintain quality assurance and quality control processes for all alignment-related design outputs.
  • Participate in technical meetings, workshops, design reviews, and site visits, representing alignment engineering matters and resolving technical concerns.
  • Identify and manage alignment-related risks and support proactive mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage design changes and ensure proper documentation, traceability, and governance of technical decisions.
  • Promote innovation and value engineering initiatives to optimize design solutions and project outcomes.
  • Support project teams in resolving complex alignment and corridor design challenges.


What Required Skills You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Railway Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in railway route and alignment design for major rail or linear infrastructure projects.
  • Experience delivering large-scale conventional railway or long-distance rail projects.
  • Strong knowledge of international railway design standards, alignment principles, and track geometry requirements.
  • Experience managing multidisciplinary design interfaces and coordinating with a wide range of project stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in alignment design and modeling software such as Bentley Rail Track, OpenRail, Civil 3D, MXROAD, or similar platforms.
  • Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and support project delivery within schedule and quality requirements.


What Desired Skills You’ll Bring

  • Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Railway Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Experience working on major rail, metro, transit, or transportation infrastructure programs.
  • Strong understanding of railway corridor development, route optimization, and infrastructure integration.
