تعلن شركة Parsons Corporation عن توفر فرصة وظيفية لمهندس أنظمة إدارة المباني (BMS / DCIM) في مدينة الرياض، السعودية. ستعمل ضمن فريق متكامل لدعم تصميم ودمج وضمان فني لأنظمة البنية التحتية الحيوية ومراكز البيانات.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • مراجعة والتحقق من تصاميم أنظمة BMS/DCIM لمراكز البيانات ومرافق البنية التحتية الحيوية.
  • التحقق من متطلبات أنظمة BMS/DCIM للطاقة والتبريد والمراقبة البيئية والمساحات البيضاء وغرف المعدات وأنظمة UPS والمولدات والمفاتيح الكهربائية ووحدات PDU ووحدات التبريد CRAH/CRAC والمضخات وأنظمة القياس.
  • مراجعة فلسفات التحكم وقوائم النقاط والمخططات التحكمية وهياكل الشبكات والرسوم البيانية ولوحات المعلومات ومصفوفات الإنذارات وسجلات الاتجاهات ومنطق السبب والنتيجة.
  • ضمان التكامل بين أنظمة BMS/DCIM والأنظمة المرتبطة مثل EPMS وEMS وSCADA وأنظمة الإنذار ضد الحريق وأنظمة الأمن وNOC/SOC وCMMS وIFMS ومنصات التوأم الرقمي.
  • مراجعة بروتوكولات الاتصال وواجهات الأنظمة بما في ذلك BACnet وModbus وSNMP وOPC وMQTT وواجهات API والبوابات وPLCs وأجهزة التحكم والحساسات والأجهزة الذكية.
  • مراجعة الرسومات التنفيذية والمواصفات الفنية ومستندات التوريد وطلبات المعلومات (RFIs) وتغييرات التصميم وطرق التنفيذ وعروض الموردين المتعلقة بأنظمة BMS/DCIM.
  • التنسيق مع فرق MEP وICT وELV والأمن السيبراني والتشغيل والاستشاريين والمقاولين والموردين لحل مشكلات الواجهة الفنية والتكامل.
  • دعم متطلبات الأمن السيبراني والمرونة التشغيلية بما في ذلك تجزئة الشبكة والوصول الآمن والتسجيل والاتصال عن بعد واستمرارية الأعمال.
  • التحقق من استراتيجيات الإنذار ولوحات المعلومات وأدوات إعداد التقارير وشاشات المراقبة وسير عمل التصعيد والحدود التشغيلية.
  • دعم أنشطة الاختبار والتشغيل التشغيلي والاختبار المتكامل للأنظمة والتأهيل التشغيلي.
  • مراجعة الرسومات حسب التنفيذ وأدلة التشغيل والصيانة وسجلات الأصول وملفات التكوين وسجلات الاختبار وأدلة التشغيل التشغيلي ووثائق التدريب أثناء تسليم المشروع.
  • إعداد الملاحظات الفنية وسجلات المشكلات وسجلات المخاطر وتقارير التقدم والتحديثات الإدارية المتعلقة بأنظمة BMS/DCIM.
  • ضمان أن الحلول تدعم عمليات مراكز بيانات آمنة ومرنة وقابلة للصيانة وفعالة من حيث استهلاك الطاقة.
  • المشاركة في ورش العمل الفنية ومراجعات التصميم واجتماعات التنسيق ومناقشات المشاريع متعددة التخصصات.
  • أداء المهام الأخرى المرتبطة بهذا المنصب حسب الاقتضاء.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية أو الميكانيكية أو تقنية المعلومات والاتصالات أو هندسة التحكم أو هندسة الأتمتة أو هندسة خدمات المباني أو تخصص ذي صلة.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 7-10+ سنوات في أنظمة BMS أو DCIM أو SCADA أو أنظمة أتمتة المباني (BAS) أو EPMS أو EMS أو ELV أو هندسة البنية التحتية الحيوية.
  • خبرة قوية في دعم مشاريع مراكز البيانات أو المشاريع الحيوية أو مشاريع البنية التحتية الذكية.
  • معرفة واسعة بأنظمة DCIM وBMS وEPMS وEMS وSCADA وأنظمة المراقبة والتحكم المتكاملة.
  • فهم قوي لمراقبة الطاقة وأنظمة التبريد والمراقبة البيئية والإنذارات ولوحات المعلومات وإعداد التقارير والرؤية التشغيلية.
  • خبرة في دمج الأنظمة الطرفية باستخدام BACnet وModbus وSNMP وOPC وMQTT وواجهات API والبوابات وPLCs والحساسات وأجهزة التحكم.
  • خبرة في مراجعة الوثائق الفنية بما في ذلك الرسومات التنفيذية والمواصفات وطلبات المعلومات (RFIs) ومستندات التوريد.
  • معرفة بعمليات الاختبار المتكامل للأنظمة والتشغيل التشغيلي والتأهيل التشغيلي وتسليم النظام.

Job Description

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented BMS / DCIM Engineer to join our team! In this role you will get to support the design, integration, and technical assurance of Building Management Systems (BMS), Data Center Infrastructure Management (DCIM), EPMS, EMS, SCADA, and related control systems for major data center and critical infrastructure projects. Working within an integrated client-PMC environment, you will ensure seamless system integration, operational resilience, and compliance with project requirements throughout the design and delivery lifecycle.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Review and validate BMS/DCIM system designs for data centers, micro data centers, and critical infrastructure facilities.
  • Verify BMS/DCIM requirements for power, cooling, environmental monitoring, white space, plant rooms, UPS, generators, switchgear, PDUs, chillers, CRAH/CRAC units, pumps, and metering systems.
  • Review control philosophies, points lists, control schematics, network architectures, graphics, dashboards, alarm matrices, trend logs, and cause-and-effect logic.
  • Ensure integration between BMS/DCIM and associated systems, including EPMS, EMS, SCADA, fire alarm, security systems, NOC/SOC, CMMS, IFMS, and Digital Twin platforms.
  • Review communication protocols and system interfaces including BACnet, Modbus, SNMP, OPC, MQTT, APIs, gateways, PLCs, controllers, sensors, and smart devices.
  • Review shop drawings, technical specifications, material submittals, RFIs, design changes, method statements, and vendor proposals related to BMS/DCIM systems.
  • Coordinate with MEP, ICT, ELV, cybersecurity, operations, consultants, contractors, and vendors to resolve technical interface and integration issues.
  • Support cybersecurity and operational resilience requirements, including network segmentation, secure access, logging, remote connectivity, and business continuity.
  • Verify alarm strategies, dashboards, reporting tools, monitoring displays, escalation workflows, and operational thresholds.
  • Support testing, commissioning, integrated systems testing, and operational readiness activities.
  • Review as-built drawings, O&M manuals, asset registers, configuration files, testing records, operational runbooks, and training documentation during project handover.
  • Prepare technical comments, issue logs, risk registers, progress reports, and management updates related to BMS/DCIM systems.
  • Ensure solutions support safe, resilient, maintainable, and energy-efficient data center operations.
  • Participate in technical workshops, design reviews, coordination meetings, and multidisciplinary project discussions.
  • Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as appropriate.


What Required Skills You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, ICT, Controls Engineering, Automation Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 7-10+ years of experience in BMS, DCIM, SCADA, Building Automation Systems (BAS), EPMS, EMS, ELV, or critical infrastructure engineering.
  • Strong experience supporting data center, mission-critical, or smart infrastructure projects.
  • Extensive knowledge of DCIM, BMS, EPMS, EMS, SCADA, and integrated monitoring and control systems.
  • Strong understanding of power monitoring, cooling systems, environmental monitoring, alarms, dashboards, reporting, and operational visibility.
  • Experience integrating third-party systems using BACnet, Modbus, SNMP, OPC, MQTT, APIs, gateways, PLCs, sensors, and controllers.
  • Experience reviewing technical documentation including shop drawings, specifications, RFIs, and vendor submittals.
  • Knowledge of integrated systems testing, commissioning, operational readiness, and system handover processes.
  • Understanding of cybersecurity requirements for operational technology (OT) and building management networks.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary engineering teams and client stakeholders.


What Desired Skills You'll Bring

  • Experience working within integrated client-PMC environments on major infrastructure or data center programs.
  • Professional certifications related to BMS, DCIM, Building Automation, Controls Engineering, Data Centers, or Cybersecurity.
  • Knowledge of international standards and best practices for data centers and critical infrastructure.
  • Experience with Digital Twin technologies, smart buildings, and intelligent infrastructure platforms.
  • Familiarity with Tier III/Tier IV data center design principles and operational requirements.
  • Experience supporting NOC, SOC, Facilities Management, or Operations & Maintenance teams.
  • Knowledge of ISO standards related to information security, business continuity, and energy management.
  • Experience coordinating multidisciplinary interfaces across ICT, MEP, ELV, cybersecurity, and operational systems.
  • Strong stakeholder management, technical review, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to identify technical risks and recommend practical engineering solutions.
