شركة Parsons Corporation تعلن عن فرصة وظيفية شاغرة لمهندس مراكز بيانات (سعودي الجنسية) للعمل في مدينة الرياض.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • مراقبة وتحليل أداء وتوفر وموثوقية شبكات الاتصالات المؤسسية وشبكات IP.
  • جمع وتفسير مقاييس أداء الشبكة وبيانات التشغيل لدعم أداء النظام وتخطيط السعة وإعداد تقارير الخدمة.
  • تطوير وصيانة تطبيقات البرمجيات ونصوص الأتمتة باستخدام لغات البرمجة مثل C, C++, Java, PERL, AWK, SED.
  • تكوين ومراقبة ودعم بيئات الشبكات المعتمدة على TCP/IP وبروتوكولات الاتصال المرتبطة.
  • استخدام منصات إدارة الشبكات لمراقبة صحة الشبكة واستكشاف المشكلات وتحسين الأداء التشغيلي.
  • دعم تكامل وصيانة أدوات إدارة الشبكات المؤسسية وحلول المراقبة.
  • تطوير وصيانة واجهات وأدوات إعداد التقارير قائمة على الويب باستخدام HTML, CGI, ASP أو تقنيات ويب مكافئة.
  • تحليل أحداث الشبكة وتقديم توصيات لتحسين الأداء واستراتيجيات التحسين.
  • المساعدة في استكشاف مشكلات الشبكة والأنظمة المعقدة ودعم أنشطة حل الحوادث.
  • دعم ترقيات الشبكة وتطبيقات الأنظمة ومبادرات تحديث التقنيات.
  • الحفاظ على توثيق فني دقيق وإجراءات تشغيل وتكوينات الأنظمة.
  • التعاون مع فرق الهندسة وتقنية المعلومات متعددة التخصصات لتقديم خدمات شبكية موثوقة.
  • تقديم التوجيه الفني والدعم التشغيلي لفرق المشاريع وأصحاب المصلحة.
  • العمل كمصدر فني للمديرين وأعضاء الفريق في الأمور المتعلقة بالشبكات.
  • دعم مبادرات التحسين المستمر من خلال تحديد فرص تعزيز أداء الشبكة والأتمتة والكفاءة التشغيلية.
  • أداء المسؤوليات الأخرى المرتبطة بهذا المنصب حسب الاقتضاء.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في علوم الحاسب أو تقنية المعلومات أو هندسة الحاسب أو أي تخصص تقني ذي صلة.
  • خبرة مهنية لا تقل عن سنتين في هندسة الشبكات أو هندسة النظم أو الاتصالات أو بيئات تقنية المعلومات ذات الصلة.
  • فهم قوي لمبادئ وبروتوكولات TCP/IP.
  • معرفة عملية ببروتوكولات SNMP وATM وFrame Relay ومفاهيم الشبكات المؤسسية.
  • خبرة في تطوير البرمجيات باستخدام C أو C++ أو Java.
  • خبرة في تطوير نصوص الأتمتة باستخدام PERL أو AWK أو SED أو Shell أو لغات برمجة نصية مماثلة.
  • خبرة مع أدوات إدارة ومراقبة الشبكات المؤسسية.
  • الإلمام بتقنيات تطوير الويب مثل HTML وCGI وASP أو تقنيات مماثلة.
  • معرفة بأنظمة التشغيل Windows وUNIX/Linux بما في ذلك Solaris أو Windows Server.
  • مهارات تحليلية قوية وقدرة على استكشاف المشكلات وحلها.

Job Description

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Network Systems Engineer - Saudi national to join our team! In this role you will get to support the monitoring, administration, development, and optimization of enterprise telecommunications and IP networks. You will contribute to network performance monitoring, systems integration, software development, and operational support to ensure reliable, secure, and high-performing network services across mission-critical environments.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Monitor and analyze the performance, availability, and reliability of enterprise telecommunications and IP networks.
  • Collect, interpret, and report network performance metrics and operational data to support system performance, capacity planning, and service reporting.
  • Develop and maintain software applications and automation scripts using programming languages such as C, C++, Java, PERL, AWK, and SED.
  • Configure, monitor, and support TCP/IP-based network environments and associated communication protocols.
  • Utilize network management platforms to monitor network health, troubleshoot issues, and improve operational performance.
  • Support the integration and maintenance of enterprise network management tools and monitoring solutions.
  • Develop and maintain web-based interfaces and reporting tools using HTML, CGI, ASP, or equivalent web technologies.
  • Analyze network events and recommend performance improvements and optimization strategies.
  • Assist in troubleshooting complex network and system issues while supporting incident resolution activities.
  • Support network upgrades, system implementations, and technology refresh initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate technical documentation, operational procedures, and system configurations.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering and IT teams to deliver reliable network services.
  • Provide technical guidance and operational support to project teams and stakeholders.
  • Serve as a technical resource for managers and team members on network-related matters.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance network performance, automation, and operational efficiency.

What Required Skills You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • Minimum 2+ years of professional experience in network engineering, systems engineering, telecommunications, or related IT environments.
  • Strong understanding of TCP/IP networking principles and protocols.
  • Working knowledge of SNMP, ATM, Frame Relay, and enterprise networking concepts.
  • Experience developing software using C, C++, or Java.
  • Experience developing automation scripts using PERL, AWK, SED, Shell, or similar scripting languages.
  • Experience with enterprise network management and monitoring tools.
  • Familiarity with web development technologies including HTML, CGI, ASP, or similar technologies.
  • Knowledge of Windows and UNIX/Linux operating systems, including Solaris or Windows Server environments.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently while supporting multidisciplinary technical teams.


What Desired Skills You'll Bring

  • Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
  • Experience supporting commercial telecommunications or enterprise IP network environments.
  • Experience with network monitoring platforms such as HP OpenView (HPOV), Netcool, NerveCenter, or equivalent enterprise monitoring solutions.
  • Familiarity with network performance analysis, capacity planning, and operational reporting.
