شركة Parsons تبحث عن متميزين لشغل وظيفة مهندس سلامة (سعودي الجنسية) في مكة المكرمة. في هذا الدور، ستساهم تحت إشراف مدير السلامة والصحة والبيئة في ضمان تطبيق خطط السلامة في الموقع بما يتوافق مع ممارسات إدارة المخاطر والمتطلبات التنظيمية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تقديم المشورة والدعم لمدير المشروع وطاقم العمل لضمان الامتثال لنظام إدارة البيئة والسلامة والصحة والمخاطر (ESHARP) وسياسات الشركة.
  • مراجعة الموقع وأماكن العمل مقابل المعايير الداخلية للشركة.
  • تفقد مواقع العمل للكشف عن المخاطر وتقديم الخبرات اللازمة للقضاء عليها أو التحكم فيها.
  • إعداد وتقديم تقارير التدقيق والتفتيش المكتوبة.
  • تنفيذ عمليات إدارة الإصابات والحوادث المهنية والإبلاغ عنها.
  • البدء في تحقيقات الحوادث الشاملة وتحليل الأسباب الجذرية باستخدام بروتوكولات موثقة.
  • التعاون مع مدير المشروع والعاملين لتحديد الإجراءات التصحيحية الفعالة.
  • إعداد تقارير التحقيق الشاملة والدروس المستفادة.
  • إجراء تحليلات الاتجاهات لنتائج التدقيق والتفتيش وتقارير الحوادث وتقديم تقارير تحليلية دورية.
  • تمثيل الشركة أثناء التفتيش الخارجي التنظيمي أو التأميني لمواقع العمل.
  • تمثيل مدير السلامة والصحة والبيئة في مواقع المشروع.
  • السعي للمشاركة الفاعلة من مدير المشروع والعاملين لتحديد التحسينات في السلامة وتنفيذها.
  • المساعدة في تقييم المخاطر للأعمال القادمة وتقديم الخبرة في مجال السلامة لعمليات التخطيط.
  • مساعدة مدير المشروع في توجيه الموظفين الجدد.
  • إجراء تدريب في مجال السلامة وفق الأنظمة وأفضل الممارسات.
  • إنشاء وحفظ سجلات التدريب في مجال السلامة.
  • المشاركة في الإحاطات اليومية للعمل الآمن.
  • أداء المهام الأخرى المرتبطة بهذا المنصب حسب الاقتضاء.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في السلامة والصحة المهنية أو الهندسة أو مجال ذي صلة (أو خبرة معادلة).
  • 5-8 سنوات من الخبرة العملية في مجال الصحة والسلامة.
  • تنفيذ سياسة الصحة والسلامة والبيئة للشركة، وخطة الصحة والسلامة والبيئة، والتشريعات والمتطلبات الأخرى، ومراقبة أداء الصحة والسلامة والبيئة وتقديم مقترحات للتحسين.
  • ضمان استيفاء متطلبات السلامة الخاصة بالعميل.
  • التنسيق مع مدير السلامة والمقاولين لتحسين وتنفيذ أخلاقيات إدارة الصحة والسلامة والبيئة للشركة.
  • مراقبة المقاولين لضمان تطبيق إجراءات السلامة في الموقع وفقاً للمتطلبات القانونية ومتطلبات العميل.
  • مراجعة خطة السلامة في الموقع، وخطة الطوارئ، وغيرها من الخطط المتعلقة بالسلامة المقدمة من المقاول.
  • مراجعة أسلوب العمل وتحليل المخاطر لجميع الأنشطة ومراقبة فعالية إجراءات التحكم في المخاطر.
  • إجراء تفتيشات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة وتقديم تقرير إلى المهندس المقيم لاتخاذ الإجراءات التصحيحية الفورية.
  • مراجعة ومراقبة تقارير التفتيش الشهرية للمقاولين.
  • عقد اجتماعات السلامة الشهرية، وتحديد الأهداف لحل القضايا العالقة، وإعداد محضر الاجتماع ومتابعته.
  • مراجعة تقارير التحقيق في الحوادث من المقاولين، والإبلاغ عن نقاط التعلم، ومراقبة الإجراءات الفورية واللاحقة للحد من تكرار الحوادث.
  • مهارات ممتازة في التواصل الكتابي والشفهي باللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية، ومهارات عرض ممتازة.
  • خبرة في العمل دولياً (الأفضلية لخبرة في المملكة العربية السعودية).

المهارات المطلوبة

  • معرفة متقدمة بأنظمة الصحة والسلامة الفيدرالية وحكومة الولايات وإجراءات الإبلاغ.
  • معرفة متقدمة بالمعايير الوطنية للسلامة (مثل ANSI و NFPA).
  • مهارات استثنائية في التعامل مع الآخرين والتواصل الشفهي والكتابي.

Job Description

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Safety Engineer to join our team! In this role you will get to With general oversight from a safety, health, and environmental (SH&E) manager or director, assists or advises a project or program manager in ensuring that the site-specific SH&E plans, workplaces, and operational tasks being conducted conform to Parsons' risk management practices and comply with the prevailing regulatory and client SH&E requirements. Reports by dotted line to a project or program manager, and reports directly to the Parsons corporate SH&E functional group through a SH&E manager or director.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Advises and assists the project manager, program manager, and/or other project personnel in conforming to Parsons’ Environmental, Safety, Health, and Risk Program (ESHARP) management system and Parsons’ policies and procedures.
  • Audits the project or program and its worksites against corporate standards.
  • Inspects worksites to detect hazards and provides expertise to project or program personnel to eliminate/control the SH&E risks associated with exposure to the hazards.
  • Creates and submits written audit and inspection reports.
  • Implements Parsons’ occupational injury and incident reporting and management processes.
  • Initiates and conducts thorough incident investigations and root cause analyses using defensible protocols.
  • Works collaboratively with the project or program manager, craft workers, and other project or program personnel to identify effective corrective actions.
  • Creates and submits comprehensive investigation reports and lessons learned.
  • Performs trends analyses on audit findings, inspection findings, and incident reports; creates and submits regular analysis reports.
  • Represents Parsons during external regulatory or loss control inspections of project worksites.
  • Represents the SH&E manager or director on project or program worksites.
  • Seeks active and personal participation from the project or program manager, craft workers, and other project or program personnel to identify SH&E improvements and to implement the improvements.
  • Assists with risk assessments for upcoming work and provides SH&E subject matter expertise to work planning processes.
  • Assists the project or program manager with new hire orientation.
  • Performs regulatory and best practice SH&E training.
  • Creates and maintains SH&E training records.
  • Participates in routine safe work briefings.
  • Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.


What Required Skills You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Safety and Health, Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5-8 years of related work experience in the field of Health and Safety.
  • Implement corporate HSE Policy, HSE plan and HSE legislation and other requirements, monitor HSE performance, HSE targets and suggest measures for further improvement.
  • Make sure that client’s safety requirements are being full filled.
  • Liaise with safety manager and contractors for the improvement & implementation of corporate HSE management ethics.
  • Monitor contractors to ensure the implementation of applicable safety measures at site to full fill Legal and client requirements.
  • Review Site safety Plan, Emergency plan, and other safety related plans submitted by the contractor. Review Method Statement and risk analysis for all activities and monitor the effectiveness of hazard control measures. Carry out HSE inspections and report to resident engineer for immediate rectification.
  • Review and monitor contractors monthly HSE inspections / reports.
  • Conducting monthly Safety meetings, setting the target to achieve the outstanding issues, prepare / submit the minutes to all concern to follow-up.
  • Review incident/accident investigation reports from contractors, reporting & communicating the learning points, and monitor the immediate action and follow-up actions to minimize / prevent from re-occurrence.
  • Excellent English / Arabic written and verbal communication skills. Excellent presentation skills.
  • Experience of working internationally (preference KSA experience).
