شركة Parsons Corporation تبحث عن مهندس مدني (سعودي الجنسية) للانضمام إلى فريقها في الرياض.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • التنسيق وحضور الاجتماعات مع العملاء والمقاولين والاستشاريين وفرق إدارة الإنشاءات وأصحاب المصلحة الآخرين لحل المشكلات الفنية ودعم تسليم المشروع.
  • مراجعة أنشطة تجهيز الموقع والأعمال المؤقتة لضمان الامتثال لمتطلبات العقد ووثائق الإنشاء المعتمدة.
  • مراقبة أنشطة الموقع وفرض الامتثال لمتطلبات السلامة والأمن والصحة والبيئة الخاصة بالمشروع.
  • مراقبة تقدم أعمال الإنشاء ودعم التحقق من مدفوعات التقدم وأداء الجدول الزمني.
  • عقد اجتماعات تنسيق يومية مع فرق الموقع لتتبع التقدم وتحديد التأخيرات المحتملة وضمان التوافق مع أهداف المشروع.
  • تنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية لمعالجة الانحرافات عن خطط المشروع وتخفيف تأثيرات الجدول الزمني.
  • دعم مدير المشروع في الإشراف على أنشطة الإنشاء ضمن نطاق المشروع المحدد.
  • المساعدة في تخطيط وتسلسل أنشطة الإنشاء وفقًا لخطة الجودة الخاصة بالمشروع.
  • إجراء تفتيشات دورية للموقع وتقييم أداء المقاولين من الباطن لضمان الامتثال لمتطلبات المشروع ومعايير الجودة.
  • تحديد وتقييم وحل مشكلات الإنشاء والتناقضات التي قد تؤثر على الجودة أو السلامة أو تقدم الأعمال.
  • التنسيق مع الفرق متعددة التخصصات لدعم التكامل الفعال للأعمال المدنية مع أنظمة المشروع الأخرى.
  • إعداد وحفظ وثائق المشروع وتقارير التقدم وسجلات الموقع حسب الحاجة.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو الهندسة الإنشائية أو تخصص ذي صلة من مؤسسة معتمدة.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مجال الصناعة ذات الصلة في الإنشاءات أو الهندسة المدنية أو مشاريع البنية التحتية.
  • فهم قوي للرسومات الهندسية والمواصفات والواجهات متعددة التخصصات.
  • معرفة جيدة بإدارة موقع الإنشاء وتسليم المشاريع ومتطلبات السلامة.
  • القدرة على تحديد وحل المشكلات الفنية والإنشائية.
  • مهارات قوية في التواصل والتنسيق وحل المشكلات.
  • القدرة على العمل بفعالية مع المقاولين والاستشاريين والعملاء وفرق المشروع متعددة التخصصات.
  • يفضل خبرة في مشاريع السكك الحديدية أو المترو أو النقل أو البنية التحتية أو الإنشاءات الكبرى.
  • يفضل معرفة بتخطيط الإنشاءات وضمان الجودة وعمليات تنسيق المشاريع.

Job Description

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Civil Engineer (Saudi National) to join our team!

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Coordinate and attend meetings with clients, contractors, consultants, construction management teams, and other project stakeholders to resolve technical issues and support project delivery.
  • Review site preparation activities and temporary works to ensure compliance with contract requirements and approved construction documents.
  • Monitor site activities and enforce compliance with project safety, security, health, and environmental requirements.
  • Monitor construction progress and support verification of progress payments and schedule performance.
  • Conduct daily coordination meetings with site teams to track progress, identify potential delays, and ensure alignment with project objectives.
  • Implement corrective actions to address deviations from project plans and mitigate schedule impacts.
  • Support the Project Manager in supervising and managing construction activities within the assigned project scope.
  • Assist in planning and sequencing construction activities in accordance with the Project Quality Plan.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and evaluate subcontractor performance to ensure compliance with project requirements and quality standards.
  • Identify, evaluate, and resolve construction issues and discrepancies that may impact the quality, safety, or progress of the works.
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to support effective integration of civil works with other project systems and disciplines.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, progress reports, and site records as required.


What Required Skills You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related discipline from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant industry experience in construction, civil engineering, or infrastructure projects.
  • Strong understanding of engineering drawings, specifications, and multidisciplinary interfaces.
  • Good knowledge of construction site management, project delivery, and safety requirements.
  • Ability to identify and resolve technical and construction-related issues.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with contractors, consultants, clients, and multidisciplinary project teams.


What Desired Skills You’ll Bring

  • Experience on rail, metro, transportation, infrastructure, or major construction projects.
  • Knowledge of construction planning, quality assurance, and project coordination processes.
