شركة Parsons Corporation تعلن عن توفر وظيفة Senior Road Engineer (Design) في الرياض، السعودية. نحن نبحث عن مهندس طرق متميز لقيادة المراجعات الفنية لمخططات الطرق والحسابات وتقديرات التكاليف، والمساهمة في تطوير معايير التصميم، وتقديم الدعم الفني في التواصل مع أصحاب المصلحة، وتطبيق مبادئ وممارسات متقدمة في تصميم الطرق لتحقيق حلول مشاريع عالية الجودة.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • إجراء مراجعات فنية لمخططات الطرق.
  • إجراء مراجعات فنية لحسابات الطرق.
  • إجراء مراجعات فنية لمواصفات الطرق.
  • إجراء مراجعات فنية لتقديرات تكاليف إنشاء الطرق.
  • إعداد ومتابعة جداول معالجة الملاحظات.
  • حضور اجتماعات مع المصمم والعميل لضمان تلبية متطلبات المشروع ومعايير التصميم المناسبة.
  • التعاون مع المصمم والعميل لضمان إعداد أفضل تصميم.
  • حضور اجتماعات مع أصحاب المصلحة لشرح الجوانب الفنية للمشروع.
  • حضور اجتماعات مع الجهات التنظيمية للمساعدة في الحصول على تصاريح المشروع.
  • المشاركة في ورش عمل الهندسة القيمية.
  • القيام بزيارات ميدانية لتحديد ما إذا كان التصميم المقترح مناسبًا لموقع المشروع.
  • حضور اجتماعات مع المصمم لشرح الملاحظات الفنية وحل مآخذها.
  • أداء المهام الأخرى المرتبطة بهذا المنصب حسب ما يلزم.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية.
  • خبرة عمل إجمالية لا تقل عن 12 سنة، منها 7 سنوات خبرة ذات صلة.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • معرفة عمل بتصميم الطرق ومعايير AASHTO.
  • خبرة في العمل على مشاريع مع أمانة منطقة الرياض (ميزة إضافية).
  • مهارات قوية في الكتابة والتحدث باللغة الإنجليزية.
  • مهارات شخصية قوية.
  • معرفة عمل بحزم برامج الكمبيوتر المرتبطة عادةً بتصميم الطرق.

Job Description

Parsons is seeking an exceptionally talented Senior Road Engineer (Design) to lead technical reviews of roadway plans, calculations, and construction cost estimates, contribute to the development of design criteria, provide technical support in stakeholder engagements, and apply advanced roadway design principles and practices to deliver high-quality project solutions.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Perform technical reviews of roadway plans.
  • Perform technical reviews of roadway calculations.
  • Perform technical reviews of roadway specifications.
  • Perform technical reviews of roadway construction cost estimates.
  • Prepare and keeps track of comment resolution sheets.
  • Attend meeting with the designer and the client to ensure project requirements and appropriate design criteria are being met.
  • Collaborate with the designer and the client to ensure the best design is being prepared.
  • Attend meetings with the stakeholders to explain the technical aspects of the project.
  • Attend meeting with regulatory authorities to assist in the obtaining of permits for the project.
  • Participate in value engineering workshops.
  • Perform site visits to determine if the proposed design is appropriate for the project site.
  • Attend meeting with the designer to explain technical comments and resolve their disposition.
  • Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.


What Required Skills You'll Bring

  • Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering
  • 12 years total work experience and having 7 years relevant experience


What Desired Skills You'll Bring

  • Requires a working knowledge of roadway design and AASHTO criteria.
  • Experience working on projects with the Riyadh Municipality is a plus.
  • Incumbent must also possess strong written and oral communication skills, Strong interpersonal skills, and a working knowledge of PC software packages typically associated with roadway design.
