تعلن شركة بارسونز (Parsons Corporation) عن توفر وظيفة مهندس تخطيط (سعودي الجنسية) في الرياض، حيث ستعمل على تطوير الجداول الزمنية المتكاملة للمشاريع متعددة التخصصات وضمان الالتزام بالمواعيد النهائية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تطوير ودمج وصيانة الجداول الزمنية من المستوى 1 إلى 4 وتحديثات الجدول الرئيسي المتكامل في برنامج Primavera P6.
  • بناء هياكل منطقية وتقويمية وترميزية متينة، ومواءمة الواجهات بين الهندسة والمشتريات والإنشاء والتشغيل.
  • إنشاء ومراقبة خطوط الأساس الزمنية، وإجراء التحديثات الدورية، وقياس التقدم، وتحليل الانحرافات والاتجاهات.
  • تحليل المسار الحرج وشبه الحرج، وتشغيل سيناريوهات (ماذا لو)، والتوصية باستراتيجيات التعافي والتسريع.
  • إعداد جداول زمنية محملة بالموارد، وإجراء تحليل الموارد وتسويتها، وتحديد الاختناقات والتنسيق مع قادة التخصصات لحلها.
  • دعم تقييمات مخاطر الجدول الزمني، وتوثيق الافتراضات، وقياس الآثار المحتملة، وتتبع إجراءات التخفيف.
  • إعداد ودعم تحليلات أثر الوقت للتغييرات المعتمدة والتأخيرات المحددة، والمساهمة في توثيق المطالبات عند الحاجة.
  • إنتاج لوحات معلومات وتقارير واضحة لقادة المشروع والعملاء، وتسهيل مراجعات الجدول الزمني والتخطيط المستقبلي.
  • توجيه المخططين المبتدئين ودعم التحسين المستمر للأدوات والقوالب والإجراءات.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة أو إدارة الإنشاءات أو مجال ذي صلة (أو خبرة معادلة).
  • خبرة تتراوح بين 7 و10 سنوات في التخطيط والجدولة على مشاريع متعددة التخصصات.
  • إتقان متقدم لبرنامج Oracle Primavera P6، ومعرفة عملية ببرنامجي Microsoft Project وExcel.
  • إلمام قوي بمنهجية CPM للجدولة، ومراقبة خط الأساس، وقياس التقدم، وتحليل الانحرافات والاتجاهات.
  • خبرة في الجدولة المحملة بالموارد والتنسيق عبر الوظائف المختلفة.
  • مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والعرض وإدارة أصحاب المصلحة.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • شهادات مهنية مثل PMI‑SP أو AACE PSP أو PMP (أو ما يعادلها).
  • خبرة في أدوات جودة الجدول الزمني وأدوات المخاطر (مثل Deltek Acumen Fuse/Risk وPrimavera Risk Analysis).
  • معرفة بتقييم DCMA 14‑Point Assessment والممارسات الموصى بها من AACE.
  • خبرة سابقة في دعم تحليلات أثر الوقت وتحليل التأخير والمطالبات في بيئات EPC أو التصميم والبناء.
  • مهارات في Power BI أو Tableau لإنشاء لوحات معلومات الجدولة، ومعرفة بنمذجة البيانات / SQL تُعد ميزة إضافية.

Job Description

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Planning Engineer to join our team! In this role you will execute and maintain integrated project schedules, control baselines, perform critical path and what‑if analyses, and deliver clear schedule insights that drive on‑time delivery across complex, multi‑disciplinary projects.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Develop, integrate, and maintain Level 1-4 schedules and updates to the Integrated Master Schedule in Primavera P6.
  • Build robust logic, calendars, and coding structures; align interfaces across Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Commissioning.
  • Establish and control schedule baselines; perform regular updates, progress measurement, and variance/trend analysis.
  • Conduct critical and near‑critical path analysis; run what‑if scenarios; recommend recovery/acceleration strategies.
  • Prepare resource‑loaded schedules; perform resource analysis and leveling; identify bottlenecks and coordinate resolutions with discipline leads.
  • Support schedule risk assessments; document assumptions, quantify potential impacts, and track mitigations.
  • Prepare and support time impact analyses for approved changes and identified delays; contribute to claims documentation as needed.
  • Produce clear dashboards and reporting for project leadership and clients; facilitate schedule reviews and look‑ahead planning.
  • Mentor junior planners and support continuous improvement of tools, templates, and procedures.


What Required Skills You'll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 7-10 years of progressive planning/scheduling experience on multi‑disciplinary projects.
  • Advanced proficiency with Oracle Primavera P6; working knowledge of Microsoft Project and Excel.
  • Strong command of CPM scheduling, baseline control, progress measurement, and variance/trend analysis.
  • Experience with resource‑loaded scheduling and cross‑functional coordination.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.


What Desired Skills You'll Bring

  • Professional certifications such as PMI‑SP, AACE PSP, PMP (or equivalent).
  • Experience with schedule quality and risk tools (e.g., Deltek Acumen Fuse/Risk, Primavera Risk Analysis).
  • Familiarity with DCMA 14‑Point Assessment and AACE Recommended Practices.
  • Background supporting time impact analyses, delay analysis, and claims in EPC/Design‑Build environments.
  • Power BI/Tableau skills for schedule dashboards; data modeling/SQL familiarity is a plus.
