تسعى شركة Parsons Corporation إلى توظيف مدير تصميم إنشائي (Structure Design Manager) في مدينة تبوك بالمملكة العربية السعودية. سيتولى القائد الناجح إدارة فريق كبير من المهندسين الإنشائيين ومتخصصي التسليم الرقمي في مشاريع البنية التحتية الكبرى، مع الإشراف على دورة حياة التصميم الإنشائي بدءاً من المفهوم وصولاً إلى التصميم التفصيلي ودعم الإنشاءات. ستكون مسؤولاً عن تحديد التوجّه الفني للجسور والمنشآت المعقدة، وضمان الامتثال للكودات المحلية والدولية، ودفع عجلة التسليم عالي الجودة القائم على BIM.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • مراجعة الأعمال المنتجة للتأكد من اتباع الكودات والمعايير والإجراءات المعمول بها وأن الجودة مقبولة.
  • مراقبة إنتاجية وكفاءة الموظفين المكلّفين.
  • إجراء التعيينات وإعادة التوزيع حسب احتياجات المشروع.
  • إجراء تقييمات الأداء واتخاذ الإجراءات التصحيحية عند الضرورة، والتوصية بالترقيات والإجراءات المالية، والتوصية بالتدريب والتطوير للموظفين.
  • المساعدة في تحديد تنظيم تخصص التصميم والمشاركة في المشروع، بما في ذلك نطاق العمل ومعايير التصميم والجداول الزمنية والمعايير والإجراءات.
  • تحديد تقديرات الميزانية ومتطلبات التوظيف للنطاق والجدول المحددين.
  • الإشراف على إنتاج رسومات المشروع وحسابات التصميم.
  • تعزيز التميّز التقني في المشروع، بما في ذلك تطوير عملية تحسين الجودة.
  • ضمان تنسيق أعمال التصميم التخصصي مع فريق المشروع والمهندسين من التخصصات الأخرى من خلال التواصل الواضح والمتكرر.
  • إبلاغ إدارة المشروع والهندسة بأي مشكلات أو نقص في الموظفين أو تأخير في الإنتاج أو تغييرات في النطاق أو أحداث أخرى قد تؤثر على إنجاز المشروع و/أو ربحيته.
  • بدء و/أو مراجعة طلبات أوامر التغيير للإضافات أو الحذف أو التعديلات على نطاق العمل الأصلي.
  • ضمان أجراء الفحص الكافي وفقاً لسياسات وإجراءات الفحص التخصصية.
  • التوصية بأساليب التصميم وأدوات البرامج واستخدام المعدات وغيرها لمعايير التخصص، بما في ذلك تطبيق منصات التحليل الإنشائي المتقدمة.
  • الحفاظ على الانتماء للجمعيات المهنية لمواكبة أحدث التقنيات.
  • التوصية وإعداد الأوراق الفنية.
  • أداء المهام الأخرى المرتبطة بهذا المنصب حسب الاقتضاء.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية مع تخصص في الهندسة الإنشائية.
  • 20 عاماً من الخبرة العملية ذات الصلة في التصميم الإنشائي.
  • خبرة عملية في شركات استشارية مرموقة مع خبرة محددة في التصميم الإنشائي.
  • خبرة كبيرة في تصميم منشآت النقل مثل الجسور والأنفاق.
  • خبرة كبيرة في تصميم المباني المرتبطة بالبنية التحتية مثل محطات الضخ/الخزانات واسعة النطاق والمحطات الفرعية.
  • يجب أن يكون المرشح حاصلاً على تسجيل UPDA أو مؤهلاً وقادراً على الحصول على التسجيل خلال أشهر من بدء العمل.
  • التسجيل المهني الدولي مثل PE أو CEng أو PEng مطلوب.
  • معرفة معمقة بمبادئ التصميم الإنشائي.
  • خبرة قوية في برامج التحليل والتصميم الإنشائي مثل MIDAS, CSI Bridge, ETABS, SAP 2000, SOFiSTiK.
  • القدرة على إجراء مراجعة فنية تفصيلية يدوية لمخرجات الهندسة بما في ذلك نماذج التحليل الإنشائي وحسابات التصميم والرسومات الهندسية والمواصفات.
  • القدرة على إجراء مراجعات قابلية البناء لتحديد مزايا وعيوب منهجيات الإنشاء المقترحة، وتأكيد الجدوى مع مراعاة القيود المكانية والتشغيلية والفنية والجدول الزمني والميزانية، وتأكيد دمج تأثيرات الإنشاء في تصميم المنشآت.
  • القدرة على توجيه فريق تقني كبير لإنتاج مخرجات لعدة مشاريع كبيرة في الوقت المحدد وبجودة جيدة.
  • القدرة على العمل بشكل تعاوني ضمن فرق متعددة التخصصات.
  • مهارات ممتازة في كتابة التقارير لإنتاج تقارير ومراسلات فنية منطقية ومنظمة نحوياً وصحيحه موجهة للعملاء والجهات الرسمية.
  • مهارات عرض ممتازة لنقل الرسالة بوضوح وإيجاز.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • درجة الماجستير في الهندسة الإنشائية (مهارة مرغوبة).
  • خبرة في منطقة قطر أو مجلس التعاون الخليجي مع برامج البنية التحتية أو النقل الكبرى (مهارة مرغوبة).
  • خبرة في قيادة التصميم الإنشائي في مشاريع التصميم-البناء أو الشراكة بين القطاعين العام والخاص أو غيرها من مشاريع التسليم البديل (مهارة مرغوبة).
  • خبرة مثبتة في تنفيذ أو الإشراف على سير العمل الرقمي و BIM للهندسة الإنشائية (مهارة مرغوبة).
  • خبرة في التصميم الزلزالي أو الأساسات المعقدة أو الجسور طويلة المدى/المعقدة (مهارة مرغوبة).
  • القدرة على تولي دور قيادي في إعداد العروض، بما في ذلك تحديد المناهج الفنية وخطط الموارد والجداول الزمنية (مهارة مرغوبة).
  • القدرة على مراجعة مختلف الوثائق متعددة التخصصات وتقييم الصلاحية الفنية والتنسيق للمحتويات بشكل موضوعي (مهارة مرغوبة).
  • المشاركة النشطة في الجمعيات المهنية أو اللجان الفنية أو تطوير المعايير (مهارة مرغوبة).

Job Description

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Structure Design Manager to join our team! In this role you will lead a large team of structural engineers and digital delivery specialists engaging in major infrastructure projects, overseeing the full lifecycle of structural design from concept through detailed design and construction support. You will set the technical direction for complex bridge and infrastructure structures, ensure compliance with international and local codes, and drive high-quality, BIM-enabled delivery.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Review work produced to ensure that applicable codes, standards, and procedures are followed and quality is acceptable.
  • Monitor productivity and technical proficiency of assigned personnel.
  • Make staffing assignments and reassignments as project needs arise.
  • Conduct performance evaluations, take corrective action as necessary, recommend promotions and salary actions, and recommend training and development for assigned personnel.
  • Help define discipline design organization and participation on a project, including scope of work, design criteria, schedules, standards, and procedures.
  • Determine budget estimates and staffing requirements for the defined scope and schedule.
  • Supervise the production of project drawings and design calculations.
  • Promote technical excellence on the project, including furthering the Quality Improvement Process.
  • Ensure that discipline design work is coordinated with project staff and engineers from other disciplines by maintaining clear and frequent communications.
  • Advise engineering and project management regarding any problem areas, staffing requirements, delays in production, scope changes, or other events which could affect project completion and/or profitability.
  • Initiate and/or review change order requests for additions, deletions, or changes to the original scope of work.
  • Ensure that adequate checking is performed in accordance with discipline checking policy and procedures.
  • Recommend design methods, software tools, and equipment use, etc., for discipline standards, including the application of advanced structural analysis platforms.
  • Maintain affiliation with professional societies to keep abreast of current technologies.
  • Recommend and prepare technical papers.
  • Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.


What Required Skills You'll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with emphasis on Structural Engineering.
  • 20 years of related work experience in structural design.
  • Related work experience in prominent consultancy firms with specific experience in structural design.
  • Substantial experience in design of transportation structures such as bridges and underpasses.
  • Substantial experience in design of infrastructure-related buildings such as large-scale tank/pump stations and substations.
  • Candidate must have UPDA Registration or be eligible and able to obtain the registration within months of onboarding.
  • International professional registration such as PE, CEng, or PEng is required.
  • Intimate knowledge of structural design principles.
  • Strong experience with structural analysis and design software such as MIDAS, CSI Bridge, ETABS, SAP 2000, SOFiSTiK
  • Ability to perform hands-on detailed technical review of engineering deliverables including structural analysis models, design calculations, engineering drawings, and specifications.
  • Ability to perform constructability reviews to:
  • Identify advantages and disadvantages of proposed construction methodologies.
  • Confirm feasibility considering spatial, operational, technical, schedule, and budgetary constraints.
  • Confirm the incorporation of construction effects into the design of structures.
  • Ability to guide a large technical team to produce deliverables for multiple large projects on time and in good quality.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
  • Excellent report writing skills to independently produce logical, well-organized, and grammatically correct technical reports and letters directed to clients and authorities.
  • Excellent presentation skills to convey the message clearly and succinctly.


What Desired Skills You'll Bring

  • Master’s degree in Structural Engineering.
  • Experience in the Qatar or GCC region with major infrastructure or transportation programs.
  • Experience leading structural design on design-build, PPP, or other alternative delivery projects.
  • Proven experience implementing or overseeing digital design and BIM workflows for structural engineering.
  • Experience in seismic design, complex foundations, or long-span / complex bridge structures.
  • Ability to take a leadership role in proposal preparations, including defining technical approaches, resource plans, and schedules.
  • Ability to review various multidisciplinary documents and objectively assess the technical validity and coordination of the contents.
  • Active participation in professional societies, technical committees, or standards development.
  • Record of published technical papers, conference presentations, or internal best-practice guidelines.
