شركة Parsons تبحث عن مدير BIM للعمل في مكة وجدة بالمملكة العربية السعودية، وذلك على أحد أسرع المشاريع نمواً في المملكة.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تطوير وتنفيذ وثائق BIM الخاصة بالعميل، بما في ذلك EIR و AIR (وفقًا لمعيار ISO19650)، وكذلك تقييم سلسلة التوريد والتجهيز واجتماعات البدء.
  • فرض استراتيجية التسليم الرقمي، وقيادة الابتكار، وتقديم المشورة والدعم للعميل وسلسلة التوريد فيما يتعلق بالتقنيات الناشئة وأداء الأصول ومتطلبات التشغيل.
  • الإلمام القوي بتجميع النماذج متعددة التخصصات، واكتشاف التصادمات، وسير عمل التنسيق في BIM، بما في ذلك دمج نماذج البائعين/الركوب ونماذج المستأجرين/المواضيع، وليس فقط نماذج A/S/MEP الأساسية.
  • قيادة اجتماعات تنسيق BIM، وورش العمل الرقمية، والدروس المستفادة، والفحوصات التصميمية بين التخصصات، ومتابعة وتتبع التنفيذ والأداء عبر Power BI والأدوات الأخرى عبر الإنترنت.
  • الإلمام باستخدام BIM لدعم 4D و5D وللتقييم البصري/الكمي للتصميم وخيارات القيمة (VE).
  • وضع وتطبيق عمليات ضمان الجودة في BIM (فحوصات النماذج، تقارير التصادمات، سجلات ضمان الجودة) وتنسيق الإجراءات التصحيحية.
  • تطوير ومراجعة وتطبيق وتحديث خطة تنفيذ BIM كاملة على مستوى البرنامج، وفهم المعايير والتسميات ومستوى التطوير (LOD) ومتطلبات التبادل.
  • تحديد ومراقبة نظام تبادل بيانات BIM قائم على CDE عبر جميع الاستشاريين والمقاولين، بما في ذلك التحكم في الإصدارات ومتطلبات السمات.
  • الخبرة في تسليم BIM الجاهز (As-Built) وبيانات إدارة المرافق (FM)، بما في ذلك هيكلة بيانات الأصول والتكامل مع أنظمة FM الخاصة بالعميل.
  • تغطية مرنة لفريق منسقي BIM عند الحاجة.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو الهندسة المعمارية أو إدارة الإنشاءات من مؤسسة/جامعة معترف بها.
  • خبرة من 8 إلى 10 سنوات بعد التخرج، على الأقل 5 سنوات كمدير/منسق BIM في مشاريع كبيرة متعددة التخصصات.
  • معرفة عملية بـ Autodesk Forma (ACC)، Navisworks، Revit، 4D، 5D، AR، VR.
  • سجل حافل في قيادة BIM في مشاريع معقدة متعددة الاستخدامات أو ترفيهية/ترفيهية/موضوعية، مثل: مراكز التسوق، مجمعات الترفيه الوجهة، المتنزهات الترفيهية، المراسي، أو أصول الضيافة الكبيرة.

المهارات المرغوبة

  • الخبرة في Autodesk Forma (ACC)، إدارة المرافق (FM)، والتوأم الرقمي (Digital Twin) تعتبر ميزة إضافية.

Job Description

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented BIM Manager to join our team! In this role you will get to work on one of the fastest growing projects in the kingdom.

What You'll Be Doing

  • The BIM Manager will be responsible for the development and enforce of the client BIM documentation, EIR, AIR (aligned with ISO19650), support chain assessment, mobilization and BIM kick-off meetings.
  • The BIM Manager will be responsible for enforcing the Digital Delivery strategy, championing innovation, providing advice and support to both the client and support supply chain regarding emerging technologies, asset performance and operations requirements.
  • The BIM Manager must be technically strong in multi‑disciplinary model federation, clash detection and BIM coordination workflows, including integration of vendor/ride models and tenant/theming models, not just core A/S/MEP.
  • The BIM Manager will be capable of leading BIM Coordination meetings, digital workshops, lessons learned, inter-disciplinary design checks and monitor and track implementation and performance via Power BI and other online tools.
  • Familiarity with using BIM for 4D and 5D support and for visual/quantitative assessment of design and VE options.
  • Experience in setting up and enforcing BIM QA processes (model checks, clash reports, QA logs) and coordinating corrective actions.
  • The BIM Manager must be capable of developing, reviewing, enforcing and updating a full BIM Execution Plan at programme level and must understand standards, naming, LOD and exchange requirements.
  • Ability to define and police a CDE‑based BIM data exchange regime across all consultants and contractors, including version control and attribute requirements.
  • Experience in as‑built BIM and FM data delivery, including structure of asset data and integration with client FM systems.
  • Flexible Cover for BIM Coordinator team when required.


What Required Skills You'll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or Construction Management from a recognized institution/ university is required.
  • 8-10+ years post-graduate experience; at least 5 years as BIM Manager/Coordinator on major multi-discipline projects.
  • Working knowledge of Autodesk Forma (ACC), Navisworks, Revit 4D, 5D, AR, VR.
  • Proven track record of leading BIM on complex mixed‑use or entertainment / leisure / themed projects, e.g.: Shopping malls, destination entertainment complexes, theme parks, marinas or large hospitality assets.


What Desired Skills You'll Bring

  • Experience in Autodesk Forma (ACC), FM, Digital Twin would be an advantage.
