شركة Parsons Corporation تبحث عن مدير تصميم - البنية التحتية (Design Manager - Infrastructure) للعمل في الرياض، السعودية، ضمن فريق تخطيط وإدارة التصميم وتحت إشراف مدير تخطيط وتصميم البنية التحتية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • دعم الإدارة العليا ومدير التصميم الأول في إدارة وتنسيق وضمان جودة تسليم التصميم عبر جميع مراحل المشروع.
  • تنسيق عمل استشاريي التصميم والفرق الفنية لضمان مخرجات تصميم متكاملة ومتوافقة وعالية الجودة.
  • مراجعة ومراقبة طلبات التصميم من حيث الجودة والاكتمال والتنسيق ومدى توافقها مع متطلبات المشروع قبل الموافقة.
  • المساعدة في حل تعارضات التصميم والاستفسارات الفنية ومشاكل قابلية التنفيذ ومسائل التنسيق بين التخصصات.
  • الحفاظ على متتبعات التصميم وسجلات الإجراءات وسجلات الموافقات والوثائق الفنية لدعم الحوكمة الفعالة وإعداد التقارير.
  • تطبيق القوالب والأدوات والمنهجيات وإجراءات إعداد التقارير الموحدة لإدارة التصميم على المشاريع الموكلة، ومراقبة التقدم وفقاً للمعايير والجداول الزمنية المتفق عليها.
  • تنسيق الواجهات بين التخصصات المختلفة وأنظمة البنية التحتية والأصول والاستشاريين وأصحاب المصلحة وفرق التسليم لضمان نتائج متكاملة.
  • تحديد وتتبع ودعم تخفيف المخاطر والافتراضات والقيود والتبعيات المتعلقة بالتصميم.
  • التواصل مع الجهات الداخلية والاستشاريين ووظائف الدعم وفرق المشروع لدعم المراجعات والموافقات واتخاذ القرارات في الوقت المناسب.
  • ضمان دقة وتوقيت واتساق نقل معلومات التصميم بين جميع الأطراف المعنية.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة أو تخصص ذي صلة.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في أدوار تنسيق التصميم أو إدارة التصميم.
  • خبرة في العمل مع استشاريي تصميم متعددي التخصصات.
  • أن يكون المتقدم سعودي الجنسية (Saudi National).

المهارات المطلوبة

  • فهم جيد لمراحل تطوير التصميم ومتطلبات التنسيق.
  • مهارات تنظيمية وتواصلية قوية وقدرة على تنسيق العمل مع أصحاب المصلحة.
  • القدرة على التواصل الفعال باللغة الإنجليزية كتابةً وتحدثاً.

Job Description

Parsons are looking for a highly experienced Design Manager to join their team!

Within the Planning & Design Management stream and reporting to the Director of Infrastructure Planning & Design, the Design Manager will manage & coordinate the delivery of multi-disciplinary design across assigned projects, packages or asset scopes in accordance with brief, standards, budgets and delivery programs.

What You'll Be Doing;

  • Support the Senior Management and Senior Design Manager in the day-to-day management, coordination, and assurance of design delivery across all project stages.
  • Coordinate design consultants and technical teams to ensure compliant, integrated, and high-quality design outputs.
  • Review and monitor design submissions for quality, completeness, coordination, and alignment with project requirements prior to approvals.
  • Support the resolution of design clashes, technical queries, constructability issues, and cross-disciplinary coordination matters.
  • Maintain design trackers, action logs, registers, approval workflows, and technical records to support effective governance and reporting.
  • Apply standardized design management templates, tools, methodologies, and reporting procedures across assigned projects and monitor design progress against agreed milestones, schedules, and stage gate deliverables.
  • Coordinate interfaces between disciplines, infrastructure systems, assets, consultants, stakeholders, and delivery teams to ensure integrated outcomes.
  • Identify, track, and support mitigation of design-related risks, assumptions, constraints, and dependencies.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders, consultants, support functions, and project teams to support timely reviews, approvals, and decision-making.
  • Ensure accurate, timely, and consistent communication of design information across all stakeholders.


What Required Skills You'll Bring;

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or related discipline.
  • 10 years’ experience in design coordination or design management roles.
  • Experience working with multi-di design consultants.
  • Good understanding of design development stages and coordination requirements.
  • Strong organizational, communication and stakeholder coordination skills
  • The ability to communicate effectively in spoken and written English
  • Must be Saudi National
