المهام والمسؤوليات

  • قيادة التصميم المعماري وإدارة مشاريع الأصول الفاخرة، وضمان التوافق مع رؤية تطوير السودة وهويتها.
  • تطوير وتنفيذ السياسات المعمارية والخطط وأفضل الممارسات المخصصة للمشاريع الفاخرة.
  • تقديم مدخلات استراتيجية حول اختيار المواد والتشطيبات والتقنيات لتعزيز الجاذبية الفاخرة والاستدامة.
  • التعاون الوثيق مع الجهات المعنية الداخلية والخارجية (استشاريين، مقاولين، عملاء) لضمان تدفق المعلومات ومواءمة أهداف المشروع.
  • ترجمة التطلعات التصميمية المعقدة إلى حلول معمارية قابلة للتنفيذ مع الحفاظ على أعلى معايير الفخامة والوظائف.
  • ضمان مطابقة جميع التصاميم المعمارية للمعايير التنظيمية ومتطلبات الاستدامة وأهداف المؤسسة.
  • مراجعة واعتماد التصاميم والمستندات المعمارية مع الالتزام بمعايير التصميم الفاخر وكود البناء وأنظمة ضبط الجودة.
  • إدارة وتوجيه جميع مراحل عملية التصميم المعماري من المفهوم إلى الإنجاز، مع ضمان تلبية التسليمات لتطلعات الفخامة.
  • إعداد وإدارة وثائق طلب العروض (RFP) للخدمات المعمارية، وضمان مطابقة المقترحات لمعايير المشاريع الفاخرة.
  • تقديم المساعدة الفنية خلال المؤتمرات السابقة للعروض وتقييم المقترحات ومؤتمرات العقود اللاحقة.
  • القيام بزيارات ميدانية للتأكد من تنفيذ التصميم بأعلى المعايير وحل أي مشكلات تصميمية أثناء البناء.
  • الإشراف على دمج التقنيات المعمارية المتطورة والممارسات المستدامة في المشاريع الفاخرة.
  • قيادة ورش عمل هندسة القيمة (Value Engineering) لتحسين التصميم الفاخر دون المساس بالجودة أو القيمة الجمالية.
  • تقديم الخبرة والتوجيه بشأن أي تغييرات في التصميم أو النطاق لتعزيز التجربة الفاخرة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المعمارية (يفضل الماجستير أو ما يعادله).
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 18 عاماً في التصميم المعماري، مع محفظة قوية من المشاريع الفاخرة المنجزة.
  • قدرة مثبتة على قيادة وإدارة المشاريع الفاخرة المعقدة من التصميم إلى التسليم.
  • فهم عميق لمعايير التصميم الفاخر والمواد وطرق البناء.
  • إتقان متقدم لبرامج التصميم المعماري مثل AutoCAD و Revit والأدوات الأخرى ذات الصلة.
  • خبرة في مشاريع سكنية أو ضيافة أو تجارية راقية.
  • معرفة قوية بممارسات التصميم المستدام وتطبيقها في المشاريع الفاخرة.
  • مهارات قيادة واتصال وإدارة مشاريع ممتازة.
  • القدرة على العمل التعاوني مع فريق متعدد التخصصات (مصممي داخلي، مهندسي إنشاء، مقاولين).
  • معرفة محدثة بأفضل الممارسات الصناعية ومتطلبات السلطات المحلية والكودات/المعايير الدولية المتعلقة بالأصول الفاخرة.

Job Description

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Architect Manager - Luxury Assets. In this role, you will lead the architectural design and delivery of high-end luxury projects, ensuring that all aspects of the design meet the highest standards of luxury, aesthetics, functionality, and sustainability. This role requires a seasoned architect with a deep understanding of luxury asset design, capable of translating visionary concepts into architectural realities while managing multidisciplinary teams and ensuring compliance with all relevant codes and standards.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead the architectural design and management of luxury asset projects, ensuring alignment with Soudah Development vision and brand identity.
  • Develop and implement architectural policies, plans, and best practices specifically tailored to luxury developments.
  • Provide strategic input on the selection of materials, finishes, and technologies that enhance the luxury appeal and sustainability of projects.
  • Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders, including consultants, contractors, and clients, to ensure the smooth flow of vital information and alignment of project objectives.
  • Translate complex design aspirations into feasible architectural solutions while maintaining the highest standards of luxury and functionality.
  • Ensure that all architectural designs meet organizational standards, regulatory requirements, and sustainability goals.
  • Review and approve architectural designs and documents, ensuring compliance with luxury design standards, applicable building codes, and QA/QC systems.
  • Manage and guide all phases of the architectural design process, from concept through to completion, ensuring that all deliverables meet the project’s luxury aspirations.
  • Prepare and manage RFP documents for architectural services, ensuring that all proposals meet the required standards for luxury developments.
  • Provide technical assistance during pre-bid conferences, proposal evaluations, and post-award contract conferences.
  • Review and approve architectural design deliverables, ensuring they meet the luxury standards expected by clients.
  • Conduct site inspections as necessary to ensure the design is executed to the highest standards and resolves any design-related issues that may arise during construction.
  • Oversee and ensure the integration of cutting-edge architectural technologies and sustainable practices in luxury projects.
  • Lead Value Engineering workshops to optimize luxury design without compromising quality or aesthetic value.
  • Provide expertise and guidance on any design or scope changes that may arise, ensuring they enhance the luxury experience.


What Required Skills You'll Bring

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture; a Master’s degree or equivalent qualification is preferred.
  • Minimum of 18 years of experience in architectural design, with a strong portfolio of completed luxury projects.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage complex luxury projects, from design through to delivery.
  • Deep understanding of luxury design standards, materials, and construction methods.
  • Advanced proficiency in architectural design software, including AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant tools.
  • Experience with high-end residential, hospitality, or commercial projects.
  • Strong knowledge of sustainable design practices and their application in luxury developments.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including interior designers, structural engineers, and contractors.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices, local authority requirements, and international codes/standards, especially as they pertain to luxury assets.
