تسعى شركة Parsons Corporation للتوظيف مفتش مرافق جافة - كهرباء (Dry Utilities Inspector - Electrical) للانضمام إلى فريق الإشراف على الإنشاءات في مشروع تطوير رئيسي في الدرعية، الرياض. الهدف من هذا البرنامج هو إنشاء بيئة نابضة بالحياة وشاملة تعزز جودة الحياة وسهولة الوصول ورفاهية المجتمع.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • حضور طلبات التفتيش (Inspection Requests) المقدمة من المقاول واتخاذ الإجراء المناسب فوراً.
  • المساعدة في مراجعة المخططات التنفيذية (shop drawings) المقدمة مقابل الرسوم التعاقدية والمواصفات واللوائح المحلية والمتطلبات النظامية وأفضل الممارسات الدولية.
  • الإبلاغ عن أي أعمال يقوم بها المقاول لا تتوافق مع الرسومات والمواصفات المعتمدة، ورفعها إلى الجهات المختصة لاتخاذ الإجراء اللازم.
  • مراقبة جودة الأعمال المنفذة وتقدم العمل في الموقع يومياً.
  • الحفاظ على سجلات الأنشطة اليومية في الموقع بما في ذلك صور التقدم، وضمان إتاحتها للتفتيش عند الحاجة.
  • إعداد تقارير مراقبة (surveillance reports) لأوجه القصور في العمل بالموقع وتقارير عدم المطابقة (nonconformance reports) إذا لزم الأمر حسب تطور الأحداث.
  • التحقق من التنسيق الفعال بين الأعمال المرتبطة بالتخصص وجميع التخصصات الأخرى وضمانه.
  • تقديم المدخلات الفنية والخبرات لحل أي مشكلات مرتبطة بالتخصص تظهر في الموقع.
  • تفتيش أعمال الإنشاء للتأكد من الامتثال للطرق المعتمدة ومتطلبات العقد.
  • الحفاظ على سجلات التفتيش والأعمال المنفذة وغير ذلك.
  • المساعدة في قياس الأعمال المنفذة عند الحاجة.
  • مراقبة إجراءات السلامة في الموقع.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • الحصول على درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية مع 7 سنوات أو أكثر من الخبرة ذات الصلة في أعمال تنسيق المواقع (landscape work) المباشرة.

Job Description

Parsons is looking for an exceptionally talented Dry Utilities Inspector - Electrical to join our site-based construction supervision team on a major public realm development in Diriyah, which includes a series of iconic and neighborhood parks, open spaces, and over 55 kilometers of streetscape. The objective of this program is to create a vibrant, inclusive environment that enhances livability, accessibility, and community well-being.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Attend Inspection Requests (IRs) submitted by the contractor and take appropriate action promptly.
  • Assist in reviewing submitted shop drawings against contract drawings and specifications, local codes and statutory requirements, and international best practices.
  • Report any works carried out by contractors found to not be in accordance with approved drawings and specifications and report to stakeholders for appropriate action.
  • Monitor the quality of executed works and the progress on site daily.
  • Maintain records for daily activities on site including progress photos and ensure they are readily available for inspection as and when required.
  • Prepare surveillance report(s) for deficiencies of work found at the site and nonconformance reports (NCR) if required in view of the development of events.
  • Check and ensure effective coordination between discipline-related works and all other disciplines.
  • Provide technical input and experiences to resolve any discipline-related issues on-site that may arise.
  • Inspect construction works to ensure compliance with approved methods and contract requirements.
  • Maintain records of inspections, work executed, etc.
  • Assist in or measure work done when required.
  • Observe site safety procedures.


What Required Skills You’ll Bring

  • Must have a Degree in Electrical Engineering with 7 plus years of related experience in direct landscape work.
