شركة بارسونز تبحث عن كبير مهندسين كهربائيين (سعودي الجنسية) للعمل في تبوك، السعودية، لقيادة تصميم وتركيب وتشغيل شبكات توزيع الطاقة ذات الجهد المتوسط (MV) والجهد المنخفض (LV) في مشاريع البنية التحتية الكبرى.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • مراجعة واعتماد المخططات الكهربائية المعقدة، المخططات أحادية الخط (SLDs)، دراسات تنسيق الحماية، وحسابات تيار القصر وانخفاض الجهد لشبكات MV و LV.
  • الإشراف على تركيب محطات MV/LV الفرعية، المحولات، المفاتيح الكهربائية، وحدات الحلقة الرئيسية (RMUs)، المحطات الفرعية المدمجة، وشبكات تمديد الكابلات في الموقع.
  • ضمان الامتثال لمواصفات المشروع، معايير الشركة السعودية للكهرباء (SEC)، أنظمة هيئة تنسيق المقاولات (HCIS) حيثما ينطبق، والكودات الدولية (IEC, IEEE, NEC) في جميع التصاميم والتركيبات الكهربائية.
  • قيادة التقييمات الفنية لشراء المعدات الكهربائية الحرجة، وحضور اختبارات القبول في المصنع (FAT) واختبارات القبول في الموقع (SAT) للمفاتيح الكهربائية والمحولات.
  • التنسيق المباشر مع فرق المدني والميكانيكي والأتمتة منخفضة الجهد (ELV) لضمان التنسيق المكاني، الامتثال للحاويات، وتوفير الطاقة السلس لأنظمة MEP.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في الهندسة الكهربائية مع تركيز مخصص على مشاريع توزيع MV/LV واسعة النطاق والبنية التحتية.
  • درجة بكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية من جامعة معتمدة. يُفضل بشدة الحصول على ترخيص مهندس محترف (PE) أو التسجيل في الهيئة السعودية للمهندسين (SCE) كمستشار/مهندس أول.
  • إتقان متقدم في برامج التصميم الكهربائي (مثل ETAP أو CYME) لتحليل تدفق الأحمال والتيار القصير، بالإضافة إلى معرفة تقنية عميقة في تحديد أحجام المحولات، إعدادات مرحلات الحماية، وتصميم أنظمة التأريض.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • الاستعداد للانتقال إلى والعمل بدوام كامل في منطقة تبوك. تُعد الخبرة المباشرة في التعامل مع المتطلبات اللوجستية والفنية المعقدة للمشاريع العملاقة في المملكة (مثل NEOM، Oxagon، Trojena) ميزة كبيرة.
  • قدرة قيادية قوية لتوجيه المهندسين المبتدئين وإدارة المقاولين من الباطن. إجادة استثنائية للغة الإنجليزية كتابةً وتحدثًا لإعداد تقارير رفيعة المستوى للعملاء والتوافق مع أصحاب المصلحة.

Job Description

Parsons is seeking a seasoned and authoritative Senior Electrical Engineer (Saudi National) to lead the design, installation, and commissioning of comprehensive Medium Voltage (MV) and Low Voltage (LV) power distribution networks in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, safety, and capacity of power systems driving massive infrastructure developments in the region.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Power System Design & Review: Review and approve complex electrical layouts, single-line diagrams (SLDs), protection coordination studies, and short-circuit/voltage drop calculations for MV and LV networks.
  • Infrastructure Construction Oversight: Supervise site installations of MV/LV substations, transformers, switchgear, ring main units (RMUs), package substations, and cable routing networks.
  • Technical Compliance: Ensure all electrical engineering designs and field installations strictly adhere to project specifications, Saudi Electric Company (SEC) standards, HCIS regulations (where applicable), and international codes (IEC, IEEE, NEC).
  • Equipment Inspection & Testing: Lead technical evaluations for critical electrical equipment procurement and witness factory acceptance tests (FAT) and site acceptance tests (SAT) for switchgear and transformers.
  • Interface & Coordination: Collaborate directly with civil, mechanical, and ELV automation teams to ensure spatial coordination, containment compliance, and seamless power provisioning for MEP systems.


What Required Skills You'll Bring

  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in electrical engineering, with a dedicated focus on large-scale MV/LV distribution and infrastructure projects.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university. Professional Engineer (PE) status or registration with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) as a Consultant/Senior Engineer is highly preferred.
  • Technical Expertise: Advanced proficiency in electrical design software (e.g., ETAP or CYME) for load flow and short-circuit analysis. Deep technical knowledge of power transformer sizing, protection relay settings, and grounding system designs.


What Desired Skills You'll Bring

  • Location/Adaptability: Must be willing to relocate to and work full-time in the Tabuk region. Direct experience navigating the complex logistical and technical demands of KSA giga-projects (e.g., NEOM, Oxagon, Trojena) is a significant asset.
  • Leadership & Communication: Strong leadership capability to mentor junior engineers and manage sub-contractors. Exceptional command of written and spoken English is required for high-level client reporting and stakeholder alignment.
