شركة Parsons تبحث عن مهندس مدني (سعودي الجنسية) لدعم التحقق من التصميم، التنفيذ في الموقع، وضمان الجودة لمشاريع البنية التحتية واسعة النطاق في تبوك، السعودية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • الإشراف اليومي على أنشطة الإنشاءات المدنية الثقيلة بما في ذلك الأعمال الترابية الضخمة والتسوية العميقة وشبكات الطرق وتركيبات المرافق الرطبة/الجافة، مع ضمان الالتزام الصارم بالرسومات والمواصفات المعتمدة.
  • مراجعة المخططات التنفيذية للمقاولين وإرساليات المواد وبيانات طرق العمل للأعمال الإنشائية والمدنية، مع الإبلاغ المبكر عن مشاكل قابلية التنفيذ أو تعارضات التصميم لتجنب التأخير.
  • إجراء التفتيش الميداني، والتحقق من اختبارات الدمك، ومراجعة تحضيرات صب الخرسانة، والموافقة على مراحل التوقيع للإنشاءات المدنية والهيكلية مع ممثلي العميل.
  • مراقبة أداء المقاولين مقابل الجدول الزمني الأساسي، والتحقق من كميات المواد المثبتة، وتقديم تقارير دقيقة عن التقدم الميداني إلى المهندس المقيم.
  • إنفاذ إرشادات السلامة الصارمة والبيئية في الموقع، وضمان التزام المقاولين بإجراءات السلامة في الحفريات والسيطرة على الغبار والنظام اللوجستي في بيئة صحراوية صعبة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في الهندسة المدنية، مع خلفية قوية في الأعمال الترابية الضخمة أو شبكات الطرق أو تطوير المواقع واسعة النطاق.
  • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية من جامعة معتمدة. التسجيل في الهيئة السعودية للمهندسين (SCE) أمر مرغوب فيه بشدة.
  • فهم شامل للمعايير الهندسية المدنية الدولية (مثل كودات ASTM و AASHTO و ACI). إتقان تفسير مخططات التسوية وملفات المرافق والتقارير الجيوتقنية.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • الاستعداد للانتقال والعمل بدوام كامل في منطقة تبوك. الخبرة المباشرة في ظروف التربة واللوجستيات الفريدة للمشاريع العملاقة في المملكة (مثل NEOM أو Trojena أو البحر الأحمر) تعتبر ميزة قوية.
  • مهارات تواصل تقني قوية باللغة الإنجليزية (كتابة وتحدث) إلزامية للتفاعل الفعال مع المقاولين ومساحي الأراضي ومديري المشاريع.

Job Description

Parsons is seeking an experienced, hands-on Civil Engineer (Saudi National) to support the design validation, site execution, and quality assurance of large-scale infrastructure assets in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing grading, earthworks, roads, and utilities, ensuring that heavy civil construction aligns perfectly with project master plans, strict design tolerances, and international engineering standards.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Site Supervision & Quality Control: Oversee day-to-day heavy civil construction activities, including bulk earthworks, deep grading, road networks, and wet/dry utility installations, ensuring strict adherence to approved drawings and specifications.
  • Design Validation: Review contractor shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements for structural and civil works, flagging constructability issues or design clashes early to avoid field delays.
  • Inspections & Sign-offs: Conduct site inspections, witness compaction testing, and review concrete pouring preparations, authorizing structural and civil stage sign-offs alongside client representatives.
  • Progress & Variance Tracking: Monitor contractor performance against the baseline schedule, verifying quantities of materials installed and reporting accurate field progress to the Resident Engineer.
  • Health, Safety & Environment (HSE): Enforce rigid site safety and environmental guidelines, ensuring contractors maintain proper excavation safety, dust control, and logistical order in a demanding desert environment.


What Required Skills You'll Bring

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of direct experience in civil engineering, with a solid background in mass earthworks, road networks, or large-scale site development.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university. Registration with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) is highly preferred.
  • Technical Expertise: Comprehensive understanding of international civil engineering standards (e.g., ASTM, AASHTO, ACI codes). Proficiency in interpreting grading plans, utility profiles, and geotechnical reports.


What Desired Skills You'll Bring

  • Location/Adaptability: Must be willing to relocate to and work full-time in the Tabuk region. Direct experience navigating the unique soil and logistical conditions of KSA giga-projects (such as NEOM, Trojena, or Red Sea Global) is heavily preferred.
  • Communication: Strong technical English communication skills (written and verbal) are mandatory to interface effectively with contractors, surveyors, and project managers.
