Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented
Quality Training Specialist to join our team!
What You'll Be Doing
- Develop project quality training plans.
- Deliver quality awareness and induction programs.
- Coordinate competency development activities.
- Support implementation of the Project Quality Management System.
- Promote compliance with ISO 9001 and project quality procedures.
- Assist in quality improvement initiatives.
- Identify training needs.
- Monitor staff competency.
- Maintain training matrices and competency records.
- Develop training materials and presentations.
- Maintain training records and attendance logs.
- Prepare training effectiveness reports.
- Coordinate with project management, quality teams, consultants, and contractors.
- Organize quality workshops and awareness sessions.
- Support internal and external quality audits.
- Monitor implementation of corrective actions.
- Track lessons learned.
- Promote best practices.
- Support knowledge-sharing initiatives.
- Monitor training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
- Ensure training activities comply with HSE requirements.
- Integrate quality and safety awareness into training programs.
What Required Skills You'll Bring
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Business Administration, Education, or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years in quality management, quality training, or learning and development.
- Experience supporting major infrastructure or construction projects.
- Knowledge of quality management systems.
What Desired Skills You'll Bring
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
- Strong understanding of ISO 9001.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Strong communication and reporting skills.
- ISO 9001 Lead Auditor or Internal Auditor certification.
- Training certification (Train-the-Trainer or equivalent).
- Experience on airport or major infrastructure projects.
- Knowledge of FIDIC project environments.
- Experience implementing continuous improvement programs.
