تعلن شركة Parsons Corporation عن توفر وظيفة أخصائي تدريب الجودة (Quality Training Specialist) في الرياض، السعودية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تطوير خطط تدريب الجودة للمشروع.
  • تقديم برامج التوعية والتعريف بالجودة.
  • تنسيق أنشطة تطوير الكفاءات.
  • دعم تطبيق نظام إدارة الجودة بالمشروع.
  • تعزيز الامتثال لمتطلبات ISO 9001 وإجراءات الجودة الخاصة بالمشروع.
  • المساعدة في مبادرات تحسين الجودة.
  • تحديد احتياجات التدريب.
  • مراقبة كفاءة الموظفين.
  • الحفاظ على مصفوفات التدريب وسجلات الكفاءات.
  • تطوير المواد التدريبية والعروض التقديمية.
  • الحفاظ على سجلات التدريب وسجلات الحضور.
  • إعداد تقارير فعالية التدريب.
  • التنسيق مع إدارة المشروع وفرق الجودة والاستشاريين والمقاولين.
  • تنظيم ورش العمل والجلسات التوعوية حول الجودة.
  • دعم عمليات التدقيق الداخلي والخارجي للجودة.
  • مراقبة تنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية.
  • تتبع الدروس المستفادة.
  • تعزيز أفضل الممارسات.
  • دعم مبادرات تبادل المعرفة.
  • مراقبة فعالية التدريب والتوصية بالتحسينات.
  • ضمان امتثال أنشطة التدريب لمتطلبات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة (HSE).
  • دمج الوعي بالجودة والسلامة في البرامج التدريبية.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة أو إدارة الجودة أو إدارة الأعمال أو التربية أو أي تخصص ذي صلة.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في إدارة الجودة أو التدريب على الجودة أو التعلم والتطوير.
  • خبرة في دعم المشاريع الكبرى للبنية التحتية أو مشاريع البناء.
  • معرفة بأنظمة إدارة الجودة.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • مهارات ممتازة في العرض والتيسير.
  • فهم قوي لمعيار ISO 9001.
  • خبرة في أنظمة إدارة التعلم (LMS).
  • مهارات تواصل وتقارير قوية.
  • شهادة مدقق رئيسي أو مدقق داخلي لمعيار ISO 9001.
  • شهادة تدريب (مدرب مدربين أو ما يعادلها).
  • خبرة في مشاريع المطارات أو مشاريع البنية التحتية الكبرى.
  • معرفة بيئات مشاريع FIDIC.
  • خبرة في تنفيذ برامج التحسين المستمر.

Job Description

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Quality Training Specialist to join our team!

What You'll Be Doing

  • Develop project quality training plans.
  • Deliver quality awareness and induction programs.
  • Coordinate competency development activities.
  • Support implementation of the Project Quality Management System.
  • Promote compliance with ISO 9001 and project quality procedures.
  • Assist in quality improvement initiatives.
  • Identify training needs.
  • Monitor staff competency.
  • Maintain training matrices and competency records.
  • Develop training materials and presentations.
  • Maintain training records and attendance logs.
  • Prepare training effectiveness reports.
  • Coordinate with project management, quality teams, consultants, and contractors.
  • Organize quality workshops and awareness sessions.
  • Support internal and external quality audits.
  • Monitor implementation of corrective actions.
  • Track lessons learned.
  • Promote best practices.
  • Support knowledge-sharing initiatives.
  • Monitor training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
  • Ensure training activities comply with HSE requirements.
  • Integrate quality and safety awareness into training programs.


What Required Skills You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Business Administration, Education, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years in quality management, quality training, or learning and development.
  • Experience supporting major infrastructure or construction projects.
  • Knowledge of quality management systems.


What Desired Skills You'll Bring

  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Strong understanding of ISO 9001.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Strong communication and reporting skills.
  • ISO 9001 Lead Auditor or Internal Auditor certification.
  • Training certification (Train-the-Trainer or equivalent).
  • Experience on airport or major infrastructure projects.
  • Knowledge of FIDIC project environments.
  • Experience implementing continuous improvement programs.
