المهام والمسؤوليات

  • صيانة الجدران والأسقف والأرضيات المطلية والأعمال الخشبية والأثاث في الفندق وفقاً للمعايير.
  • امتلاك معرفة شاملة بأنواع الدهانات والزيوت والملمعات المختلفة.
  • تفقد المناطق العامة بانتظام والحفاظ على مظهرها اللائق طوال الوقت.
  • استخدام السلالم والسقالات المناسبة لتنفيذ العمل.
  • تغطية المنطقة قبل بدء العمل ووضع لافتات تحذيرية مناسبة حولها.
  • التأكد من نظافة المنطقة بعد الانتهاء من العمل.
  • تثبيت غطاء على كاشفات الحريق أثناء العمل لتجنب إنذارات الحريق الكاذبة، وإزالة الغطاء بعد الانتهاء.
  • معرفة المهنة، والقدرة على طلب المواد المطلوبة، واستخدام منتجات الدهانات المختلفة.
  • مساعدة مشرف الصيانة في طلب الدهانات والملمعات الخاصة، ومراقبة حركة المخزون.
  • التخلص من علب الدهانات والبراميل القابلة للاشتعال بطريقة آمنة.
  • معرفة تركيب البلاط الخزفي المزخرف، وتجصيص الجدران، وخلط الخرسانة والقوالب، وتركيب بلاط رصف الطرق، وأعمال السيليكون والحشو.
  • الحفاظ على ورشة الدهانات نظيفة ومرتبة وآمنة لتجنب حوادث الحريق.
  • التدريب الكامل على إجراءات الطوارئ والحريق.
  • حضور اجتماعات التواصل الإداري حسب توجيهات مشرف الصيانة.
  • أداء أي مهام أخرى يكلف بها من المشرف.
  • التدريب كعضو في فريق الإطفاء بالفندق.
  • المساعدة في إجراء الجرد الشهري للمعدات التشغيلية.
  • أداء أي واجبات ومسؤوليات معقولة أخرى يتم تكليفه بها.
  • تولي مهام الدهان وفقاً لجدول المناوبات الهندسية.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • معرفة متعمقة بأنواع الدهانات والزيوت والملمعات.
  • مهارات في تركيب البلاط الخزفي، والتجصيص، وخلط الخرسانة، وأعمال السيليكون والحشو.
  • القدرة على استخدام السلالم والسقالات بأمان.
  • مهارات تنظيمية للحفاظ على نظافة ورشة العمل وسلامتها.
  • الإلمام بإجراءات السلامة من الحرائق والطوارئ.

Job Description

  • Maintains walls, ceilings, painted floor, wood work, furniture of the hotel as per the standards at all times.
  • Should have a thorough knowledge of various paints, oils and polishes.
  • Inspect public areas regularly and keeps the surroundings presentable always.
  • Uses proper size of ladders and scaffolding to execute the job.
  • Covers the area prior to commence the work and keeps presentable caution sign board around the areas.
  • Ensure the area is clean after the completion of the job.
  • Ensure a cap is fixed on the fire detectors during the job in order to avoid false fire alarms and takes the cover off once the job is completed.
  • Must know the trade, be capable of ordering items of need and be able to use the various paint products.
  • Assist Engineering Supervisor to order special paints and polishes and keeps an eye on stock movements.
  • Dispose paint tins, drums, etc which are combustible in a safe manner.
  • Knowledge of fixing decorative ceramic tiles, wall plastering, concrete mixing and shuttering, fixing of road paving tiles, silicon and grouting work.
  • Keep the painting workshop clean, neat and safe always in order to avoid fire related incidents.
  • To be fully trained in Emergency/Fire procedures.
  • Attend departmental communication meetings as directed by the Engineering Supervisor.
  • Perform any and all other duties assigned by his Supervisor.
  • Train as a member of Hotel Fire Team.
  • To assist in carrying out monthly inventory of operating equipment.
  • To carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
  • To undertake duties of the Painter as per the Engineer Duty Roster.
